The staff are amazing and should be commended on their exceptional service & professionalism, service with a smile, special mention to Andrew, from the concierge desk & Nhut, from the front foyer. We will recommend the hotel to our family & friends & no doubt staying at the hotel on our next visit to the beautiful city of Ho Chi Minh.

Best hotel in Saigon
We had a really lovely stay here. As a Gold member, we were given a room upgrade upon arrival, which was much appreciated. However, the upgraded room wasn’t quite the right fit for us. The next day, we asked if it was possible to change rooms, and the front desk immediately helped us find another room that was much more suitable. They even told us, “Our priority is to make sure you’re comfortable,” which I really appreciated. A special shoutout to the Concierge team — Loc, Andrew & Ben. They were incredibly helpful and genuinely made our stay easier from day one. They gave us great recommendations for local food and helped us figure out where to go for the best places to eat. On our last day, they went above and beyond and helped me order banh mi to bring back to Jakarta. The banh mi arrived right on time and was already nicely packed for travel. Such a thoughtful and helpful service! Big thanks to Loc, Andrew, and Ben for taking such good care of us. Your kindness and attention to detail really made a difference. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again! ❤️

Clean hotel in a great location
Really enjoyed our stay here, the location was convenient and the hotel felt new, clean and well looked after. The staff were warm and helpful which made the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Katie, Cong, Bao, Nam, Phuc and Bee.

Fabulous Hotel and staff
Nicest hotel I've ever stayed at! The employees are all so helpful, kind and really amazing. My bellman Hung is such an asset to this hotel, they are lucky to have him. Great room service, great massage, beautifully decorated and great location!
