We had an amazing stay at Hotel Des Arts Saigon. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location. Every member of the staff was friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Bell (Nhut) for his exceptional hospitality. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. He went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed anything, and his warm personality made our stay even more enjoyable. Employees like him truly make a difference. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Des Arts Saigon to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

We had a wonderful two nights!
My husband, two daughters and I had such a wonderful stay here. The room was beautiful and we loved that in the early evenings room service came around and asked if we needed more water or a top up of amenities. The rooftop pool was also very nice, with cool vibes at sunset. A special thank you to the bellboy Nhut, who was always friendly, helpful and gave some wonderful recommendations of spots around the city. We will be back!

Lovely spot to stay
Awesome from morning to night. Yum buffet brekkie, always with something local to try. We had a deal with afternoon tea and cocktails we were too slow to appreciate the awesomeness of. Staff were so helpful. It was easy to get about from. Rooftop pool was fab.
