Park Hyatt Saigon

We had an excellent short stay at the Park Hyatt. Its in a good location reasonably close to some cultural or historic things to see. The service was excellent as was the food at breakfast.

The Park Hyatt Saigon is the perfect place to stay when visiting that lovely city. It is centrally located, walkable to many restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff is very professional and helpful. Hang at the front desk and Celia in F&B are extremely helpful and deserve a shout-out. The pool is a welcome respite from the heat. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The restaurants are superb. Spa is wonderful.

I had a delightful stay at the Park Hyatt Saigon. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome, and I’m grateful for my Globalist status and the opportunity to enjoy a suite upgrade along with other wonderful benefits. Breakfast at the Opera was a highlight each morning. The food, atmosphere, and attentive service made every visit enjoyable. I also appreciate the special care given to my 88-year-old mother. Park Hyatt Saigon is truly a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and genuine warmth. Location is also great! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my wife’s recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, she had a negative experience that left her feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Firstly, during breakfast at the restaurant, the staff displayed unprofessional behavior. They continuously stared at her, which made her feel uneasy and disrespected. Secondly, when my wife and her friend attempted to take a selfie in the lobby, a security guard yelled at them and told them to “go home.” They were shocked and explained that they were staying at the hotel. Instead of offering an apology, the guard simply stood there in silence. This kind of attitude from staff is disappointing and far below the standards we expected. I hope the management will take this seriously and provide proper training to ensure future guests are treated with respect and professionalism.
