Park Hyatt Saigon

I would like to share some feedback regarding my wife’s recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, she had a negative experience that left her feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Firstly, during breakfast at the restaurant, the staff displayed unprofessional behavior. They continuously stared at her, which made her feel uneasy and disrespected. Secondly, when my wife and her friend attempted to take a selfie in the lobby, a security guard yelled at them and told them to “go home.” They were shocked and explained that they were staying at the hotel. Instead of offering an apology, the guard simply stood there in silence. This kind of attitude from staff is disappointing and far below the standards we expected. I hope the management will take this seriously and provide proper training to ensure future guests are treated with respect and professionalism.

My recent stay at Park Hyatt Saigon left me with mixed impressions. • Dining: Breakfast quality through in-room dining was average, and the food at the restaurants was above average but overall ordinary. Service at the Park Lounge was extremely slow, which was disappointing for a property of this level. • Service: Staff generally came across as aloof and lacking warmth, particularly at the spa and near the entrance. There was no room orientation upon check-in, which made the arrival feel impersonal. Housekeeping, however, was very good. • Facilities & Room: The gym and pool were excellent, but there was no sauna. My room lacked aesthetics, was badly in need of renovation, and was not soundproof. Basic amenities were missing as well—such as body lotion. Overall, while the hotel delivers in some areas like fitness and housekeeping, the lack of warmth in service, slow restaurant operations, and dated rooms make it fall short of the Park Hyatt standard.

Excellent hotel with all amenities. Great location with an amazing breakfast buffet. Park lounge had a lovely singer and piano player for our listening pleasure.

Amazing breakfast, nice atmosphere, professional and friendly staff. Great architecture and location. Good restaurants and bar options.

Beautiful hotel that is centrally located to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Comfortable rooms, lovely staff.
