My Favorite Park Hyatt Hotel
I had an excellent experience this time as a return Park Hyatt Saigon guest. I stayed at the Lam Son Suite and the experience during my stay was elevated. As always, attention to detail with heritage art, customer service, and attentiveness during breakfast was stellar. Thank you Park Hyatt Team for your passion of taking care of guests. I would like to recognize a few familiar employees for going above and beyond. Ms. Hang and Ms. Xuan Anh for crafting my stay and Mr. Phuc and Mr. Quy for your attentiveness. Bugs in the bed
Stayed here and was shocked to find bugs crawling on the headboard of my bed. That’s the last thing you want to see when you’re about to sleep. Totally ruined my comfort for the night. Cleanliness should be basic, and this is something the hotel really needs to fix immediately.

Okay stay
It was very clean room, but room was too small. I like the decoration and the quality of the furniture. This hotel use product that I use at home such Dyson hair dryer and bose music player. However, their breakfast buffet need improvement. I expected to be like Sheraton Nha Trang buffet since we stayed there for a portion of our trip. The buffet options for this hotel are very limited and their Vietnamese dishes are westernized. Coffee option was also limited. I was looking for the egg coffee from Hanoi or coconut coffee since we are in Vietnam, but they only have basic Vietnamese coffee. All but front receptionist staff were very friendly and greeted us kindly and with respect. My husband told me that Front desk/receptionist looked at me distastefully or in a manner that she looked me down as I entered the lobby. I am not sure why, but it left a bad feeling.

Excellent property in heart of HCMC
Beautiful property, incredible service, excellent location, and fabulous amenities. The staff went above and beyond with the fast track and transportation services when our inbound flight was delayed over seven hours. Highly recommend

Nice Hyatt in Saigon
Tú, the receptionist, was excellent. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast is fantastic.
