Every time we return to Vietnam for a vacation, my family of four usually choose Park Hyatt Sai Gon before flight back to the US. Besides having the best amenities that the hotel offers for my Hyatt globalist status, we also get a VIP welcome with wines, nuts, and fruits already set up in the room before we check-in. Park Hyatt Sai Gon is in a fantastic location. It’s within 3-15 minutes’ walking distance to a lot of famous places in Sai Gon and luxurious stores such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Fendi, and Hermes. The hotel is also close to lot of restaurants, coffee shops, 24-hour pharmacies, and upscale shopping malls like the Sai Gon Center and Vincom Center. The hotel is a luxury hotel with personalized service and a stellar staff that wants your stay to be amazing. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and helpful, especially Ms. Hang Thu Tran is very professional and eager to please the guest, she does the best to make your stay to be unforgettable. We got 2 rooms, numbers 525 (suite) and 305 (Deluxe). The room I stayed in was quiet, spacious and beautifully appointed. Details like an in-room fridge, coffee maker and a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a deep, spacious tub made the room a travel sanctuary when I wanted to escape the fast-paced Ho Chi Minh city life. The housekeeping staff was exceptional and took wonderful care of the rooms in an unobtrusive way that really made me feel well taken care of and allowed me to rest down and enjoy my stay. The breakfasts were a sight to behold with gracious staff directing you to the beautifully appointed buffet. They immediately took your coffee order and produced lovely cafe Americanos, Vietnamese coffees, cappuccinos and espresso. We delighted in delicious prosciutto fresh, ripe melon, roasted vegetables, fresh juices, yogurt, and small, delicious breakfast cakes and pastries, and even make to order Vietnamese food, Korean, and Chinese’s food. too. In addition, they would make anything you wanted from the grill too. I ordered French toast one morning and two luscious slices of sourdough bread came lightly dressed with syrup, powdered sugar and heavenly, beautiful berries to top it off. Delicious! The most important part is the excellent services of the Park Hyatt Saigon’s Staff involved in Front Desk, Bellboy, Waiter, Waitress, Breakfast Chefs and Housekeeping. The following persons that make our stay so hospitable and enjoyable! Front Desk: Ms. Hang Thu Tran, Hang is 110% customer satisfaction. she does the best to make our stay to be amazing. Breakfast: All Chefs. We still miss your food tastes Waiter, Waitress: Oanh, Huy, Tuan and Trainees (Perform service on Jun 20-24), Bellman: Phuc, Hung, Quy, and Chau. Very helpful and do good greeting with guest. Housekeeping: Loan (QC/Team Lead), Tam, Thi, and Tran. Took wonderful care of the rooms Keeping our rooms clean, neat, and fresh day to day. They are the BEST. They performed polite greetings, excellent service, and treated customers with respect I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a strategically placed, luxuries hotel with excellent food, service and wonderfully quiet, serene and relaxing rooms.

Extremely good service from the staff starting from when I arrived in the hotel. Early check-in and a complementary room upgrade was given as I had booked through amex FHR. Breakfast was superb and one of the highlights of the stay.

A hidden gem at the heart of Saigon. This hotel will elevate your experience and create memorable moment for you as same as my experience in June 2025. Expereince it by yourself.

This was the final stop on our two-week holiday in Vietnam before heading back to London, and we stayed for just two nights. The hotel itself is a beautiful and welcoming place. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had brunch at the hotel, which was absolutely delicious and surprisingly good value for money — especially when compared to typical breakfast prices. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. The only downside was that housekeeping knocked on our door around 8:30 AM to clean the room, which felt a bit early. That said, we hadn’t left the hallway light on or put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign, so the misunderstanding was partly on us. Still, it would be helpful if guests were informed at check-in about the early housekeeping schedule so they can plan accordingly. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and a perfect way to wrap up our Vietnam adventure.

Park Hyatt Saigon was such a fun experience. It had top notch food. We had the best pho and banh mi right at the hotel. Everything we had there was great. Due to jet lag and Saigon June heat, we mostly dined in with room service at the hotel. Everything we had was great. The breakfast is probably the best we had. Place is located within easy walking distance to everything. The pool is very quiet and also nice refresh dip from the heat. Would classify this as one of my favorite stays.
