Horrible service. No personalization. Failed to fix maintenance issues. No warmth from staff. I provided a detailed review to the Hyatt directly. They may have a 5 Star location but they have 1 Star service.

The bed and pillow were amazingly comfortable. The hotel was great, staff were exceptional. Centrally located to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Love the area, great overall stay

Absolutely one of the best properties in the chain. Always a favorite to stay there when traveling in Vietnam. Staff incredible. Highly recommend this property

The Park Hyatt is a stunning hotel. My family and I stayed for 3 nights and had the pleasure of staying in the executive suite with our sons adjoining. From the moment we walked into the hotel the staff could not do enough. The city is busy but you always come back to a sanctuary. The food was fantastic and we have a son who has allergies to nuts, shellfish and gluten and the restaurant staff could not have been more caring with regard to this. If you get the chance take the art tour within the hotel, I highly recommend this. The art work is spectacular. The afternoon tea experience in the Park Lounge is a must. Absolutely recommend this hotel.
