We loved this, our first Park Hyatt experience!
Amazing experience! I used my Hyatt points, which provided a great value! It is incredible to be able to experience a Park Hyatt using relative fewer points than if staying at a US Hyatt. The staff at the front desk, the front door, and the restaurants were all super attentive. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff were over-the-top with their thoughtful touches! The style of the hotel is French colonial, so, classically beautiful and well-appointed. Mattress was perfect for me, but many would say it is too firm (including my husband). Overall, we loved it. We are now so spoiled! ;)

A pure joy and distinct pleasure to return to this classical French colonial, elegant and intimate Hotel! Walking into the refined lobby filled with fragrant flowers was like returning home! The Hotel is in prime location in the heart of District 1, walking distance to some of the iconic landmarks, restaurants & cafés. The rooms are clean & graceful with the thoughtful details, wooden ceiling fans and shutters. We must compliment the attentive & personal service. The real stars of the show are the staff, friendly and effortlessly efficient. The best service you will ever experience, anywhere! We thoroughly enjoyed 2 leisurely Lunches at the signature ‘Square One’, Vietnamese and French-influenced dishes. The expansive buffet breakfast in ‘Opera’ is truly outstanding and is undoubtedly the best in Southeast Asia! The Banh Mi is truly sumptuous and flavoursome! We were both addicted so much the staff very kindly offered to have a Banh Mi to take with us on the way to the airport for our departure flight home. If we have the great fortune to return to Saigon again, we will duly stay at the ‘Park Hyatt Saigon’.
