Reviews for Park Hyatt Saigon

Wow. An incredible stay and afternoon tea better than London

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 7 hours ago

The Park Hyatt Saigon will leave you in a state of wow. From the history of the building to the fixtures and finishing touches, everything is incredible, and the property has real character and a clear sense of place. Service: The front desk is so professional, and the pool staff are the same. They elevate your stay to the next level. Pool: It sits in the middle of the property, in the heart of a bustling city, yet you would never know it's there. Afternoon tea: We used our Amex $100 credit here, and it was better than afternoon tea at most hotels in central London. It's one of the best I've had anywhere in the world and a must-try, even if you aren't staying here. Breakfast: Impressive. Ask for a table overlooking the kitchen staff, because watching the team at work adds to the meal. Location: Temple Leaf Spa is right across the street if you want to unwind after a day exploring. We came here after a disappointing booking elsewhere in the city, and the difference was night and day. For only a little more money than a so-called boutique hotel, the Park Hyatt is in a completely different league. Tips: • We booked through American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts and received a room upgrade, late checkout, and breakfast. • Use any Amex credit toward afternoon tea. • Request the breakfast table overlooking the kitchen.

Wonderful time at Park Hyatt Saigon

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

My wife and I stayed in Park Hyatt Saigon for 10 days, the longest duration of all our visit to HCMC. We felt like home with all the luxuries of a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was the best anyone could ask for. Though we had breakfast everyday but we never get tired of trying different made-to-order dishes. The restaurant and spa were also wonderful.

First Class, as expected

Hotel is well located and walkable to many things. Staff and concierge very helpful and everything was as you’d expect from a Park Hyatt. Lovely people and first class hotel.

My stay at Park Hyatt comparing to Reverie Hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

location, atmosphere, room are below my expectation comparing the the price I paid. I stayed Reverie 4 days prior to moving to Park Hyatt. I truly regretted that I moved to Park Hyatt for the remaining days of my business trip in Saigon.
