The Reverie Saigon

Our stay at The Reverie Saigon was a fabulous start to our Vietnam holiday. The hotel was well located, the rooms were well appointed, the food fabulous and the staff hospitality exceptional, right from the reception staff to the staff at the restaurants. I would take this opportunity to call out Phu Nguyen whose proactive and exceptional support helped us recover some of belongings which were left behind in the hotel during our stay there.

The Reverie Saigon is a beautiful hotel and I cannot recommend it enough. It’s luxurious without being pretentious. The location and facilities are incomparable to other hotels in HCM. I have been coming to the Reverie since 2016 and it has maintained its beauty and professionalism. Please visit Nghia Trần at the concierge desk. Since 2016, Nghia has helped me with tours, restaurants, doctors when I needed, and so much more. He is available to assist with anything, and he is so knowledgeable and understanding to western needs. He is the upmost professional amd he truly cares about your Vietnamese experience at the Reverie and beyond. Also- treat yourself to their spa services- amazing!!!

The Reverie is likely the most opulent property in Saigon. The modern high rise property is centrally located with expansive city and river views. The first floor reception and 7th floor front desk areas are over the top beautiful. Our exec. suite was beautifully furnished with great views and large marble bath and lots of closet space. The mini bar is complementary which is a nice perk(no wine or spirits ). The exec lounge is beautiful and well staffed. For breakfast it is full a la carte rather than buffet. The cocktail hours does have a buffet of canopies and many other bites as well as a full hosted bar service. The staff are very attentive all day. The Reverie is a great base for a Saigon stay.

Mr. Loc Nguyen was very helpful for the second year. He is a treasure and compliment to this outstanding hotel.

This hotel is, without question, one of the truly great hotels of the world. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how stunningly beautiful the property is — every detail thoughtfully designed, every space elegant yet welcoming. The service was exceptional: professional, polished, and genuinely kind. The staff anticipated needs before we even had to ask, yet everything felt effortless and never intrusive. The executive lounge was excellent too. The atmosphere was wonderfully quiet and serene, creating a sense of complete escape. The food was outstanding — beautifully prepared, delicious, and worthy of the setting. A highlight of our stay was the private Rolls Royce tour, which was simply excellent and added an unforgettable touch to an already extraordinary experience. This is truly one of the best hotels I have ever visited anywhere in the world.
