Our stay in a Junior Suite at The Reverie Saigon was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail reflected the highest standards of luxury and professionalism. The suite itself was exquisite, with beautiful furnishings, impeccable attention to detail, and every comfort you could imagine. The evening turndown service was flawless, and every member of staff delivered service with warmth, discretion, and genuine pride. Their professionalism is truly world-class. The dining was equally outstanding. The quality and variety of the food were among the finest we’ve experienced, and the daily stocked complimentary minibar was an unexpected luxury that added even more value to our stay. With so many exceptional dining options within the hotel, every meal was something to look forward to. There simply isn’t a rating high enough to do this hotel justice. It is, without question, the finest hotel we have ever had the pleasure of staying in—and we’ve been fortunate enough to stay in some of the world’s most renowned five-star hotels, including The Plaza Hotel. When we return to Ho Chi Minh City, we won’t even consider staying anywhere else. The Reverie Saigon has set a new benchmark for luxury hospitality, and we recommend it without hesitation. This hotel is truly exceptional. The facilities are outstanding, and the staff's attention to detail is second to none. Every member of the team made our stay unforgettable with their warmth, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness. There were far too many amazing people to mention individually, but MAN deserves special recognition. From the moment we arrived at the airport, he went above and beyond—helping with our luggage, escorting us inside, assisting with check-in, and guiding us through security. His kindness and exceptional service perfectly reflected the high standards of the hotel. We returned to The Reverie this year again and they were able to reconfirm their high service quality and attention to detail. This has shown again at the breakfast (special thanks to Vy and Khoa) or in the small treats during their downturn service. This time we also went to the bar in the evening and surely enjoyed their Reverie style egg Benedict.
