Where can you find a hotel that has opulent atmosphere, optimal location, high value and exemplary service? Ho Chi Minh City - The Reverie Hotel. Located in District 1 amongst restaurants/ shopping - the city doesn't sleep so you can eat or shop or both into the midnight hours. In highest order of hotel assets service is of high value. The Reverie Hotel excels! Special acknowledgement to the concierge team Dang Trung Truc and Mr. Loc who took the time to problem solve special travel issues we encountered. This is 5 star luxury personified!

I'm staying at the Reverie Residential section of this complex. I must say i have stayed all over the world, and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It's not just the amenities that make this place, which are first class, its not just the location, which is one of the best in the city, its not just the cleanliness of the entire hotel, its the people that make this place special. In particular, the front desk crew do their very best to ensure my stay is very comfortable. Every time I call with a request, I am met with a pleasant personality and a genuine care to fulfill my request. It is quite rare to have that kind of care and concern. Special recognition should go out to Ngan, Thao, and Duong, who I know from previous stays, each of them should be commended for how the treat us. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Sincerely. The hotel is very well located and provides an excellent base to explore the city. I stayed in a panoramic suite on the 38th floor. The views from the windows, particularly at night were stunning. The room was very well appointed with interesting decor. The bed was super comfy and small touches in relation to charging points to electronically operated curtains were a nice touch. Whilst here I used the swimming pool. This was a good size, nice and refreshing and was accompanied by an excellent pool bar team, who were polite and attentive providing towels, drinks and snacks when/where required. For my evening meal I ordered room service, which was delivered in a timely fashion and well presented. Staying in a guest suite meant I had my own exclusive check in reception and guest lounge, providing a sense of privacy and calm in what of course is a very busy city. I ate breakfast in the lounge which had an à la carte menu. The food was very tasty and well presented. I also booked a 90 minute massage in the hotel’s spa. Again the facilities here were well presented with treatments reasonably priced, compared to western standards. This was a a nice relaxing experience. To the hotel management, I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to Quang Anh and Viet Anh (from the suite team) who stood out and enhanced my short stay with their helpfulness and unconditional professionalism. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good location but noise was ridiculous. Stayed on 38th floor. I could hear every word to every song being played on the street on ground level. Concierge paid for a $1.50 Australian money for a taxi for me to go to another hotel as compensation for 2 nights no sleep. They also were offering guests ear plugs. Never ever again would I stay here. Ridiculous and not 5 star treatment if guests.
