I will not lie. I have been fortunate in life. I have been blessed to now see 50 countries, not for business, but as someone who is not provincial and loves the world. I have also been blessed to have the finances to stay in some of the most exclusive five star hotels, all, which have been incredible. Prior to may stay in the Reverie, it would be impossible to choose which has been the nicest and most wonderful experience of my life, as so many of the Four Seasons have provided just amazing memories. Then I stayed at the Reverie. And for the first time in my travels, I chose to extend my travels. This is by far, the most beautiful, most charming, most wonderful and hospitable hotel, especially given the affordability of what is included, I have ever had the privilege of staying in. From Nhat in dining, to the amazing concierge service, who went above and beyond every single opportunity to accommodate anything I needed, to all staff, including those who have touched my heart forever, this has been the most memorable trip of my entire life. I could go into all the amenities but this hotel is as exclusive as it comes and I will say this hotel gets 100% rating for me for the first time in my life. Vietnam has stolen my heart and I will be back. My experience at the Reverie certainly was a major reason for this. Thank you all for everything. Richie

Amazing hotel, beautiful detail that wows you. Staff is super nice. We had access to the reverie lounge where the chef was able to cater to our kosher needs. Providing us with kosher pans and dishes. There is no rabbi here but we explained what we needed and language was not a barrier. Special thank you to Anna ms and Joseph who went above and beyond. Thank you

By far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We stayed for 5 night in one of the residential suites which was beyond our expectations. Fabulous views of Saigon and a beautiful clean suite with everything we needed. The staff were so incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble and their kindness only enhanced our experience further. We would not hesitate to come back here in future. Many thanks for such a wonderful stay

Stayed at the Reverie for 8 nights on a mother-daughter trip from late July to Early August, 2025. It is a rare thing to be able to say that I have ZERO complaints about a hot,el but here we are. Khao assisted with baggage at both ends of the trip and, with his colleague Truong, went above and beyond to assist me after a luggage strap was lost in transit from the airport. At both check-in and check out, Van was accommodating and efficient – answering questions and helping to problem-solve while keeping things moving. Every member of the housekeeping team that we encountered (and didn’t) was professional and courteous, doing far more than the cursory daily job that one might expect given the size of this hotel. Lien in the spa worked wonders after the stress of travel – 3 hours of tranquility that I won’t soon forget. In a sea of exemplary staff, in the Cardinal Café at breakfast who were the real standouts: Vy, Thy, Ngan, Phong, Linh, Thy & Tran (just to name a few), were the epitome of hospitable. I was very ill, and I was met with genuine care and consideration from everyone after a mortifying experience. While this is likely just business as usual for those at the Reverie, their professionalism and kindness were a standout for me. The hotel itself is quite ornately decorated. Our room was large, clean, and well-maintained. The gym was clean and was never full, so although it isn’t huge, it did the job. The central location made most sites walkable or very easy to get to by Grab/Taxi. Lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby. Overall, the attentiveness, responsiveness, and detail-oriented approach of the Reverie make it must must-stay option if you’re in Saigon. I hope to be back and will unreservedly recommend it here and to anyone else.
