Amazing and memorable stay
We checked in at the Club floor on 13/9 which was my birthday. We were served by Ms Giang who was very friendly n helpful . In the evening , I was served with a surprised birthday cocktail . Special thanks must be given to Ms Giang for her effort and kindness On our 2nd day , we received another birthday cake delivered to our room . I was touched !! All this little gestures made our stay even more memorable with attentive staffs esp Ms Giang . Whilst at the Club Lounge, special thanks to Ms Nhi n Mr Quang Anh who took care of us n recommended us places to eat . Food spread both at The Club Lounge and restaurant was good n service was personalized . Will definitely return to The Riverie Saigon again

Most exceptional stay.
We had an amazing stay here. In all our travels this is among the best hotel we’ve stayed in. It is exceptionally beautiful, spotlessly clean with incredible attention to detail. Service is exceptional. I was in tears leaving the wonderful staff that looked after us. We didn’t include breakfast, but ended up eating here daily, wishing we had included it. The quality & selection was remarkable!!! We’ll be back again. Words can’t express happy we were to stay here. Every single staff member was exceptional.

Excellent Service & Warmth Hospitality
I had an excellent stay at The Reverie Saigon Hotel. The level of service throughout my stay was top notch. The staff consistently provided some of the best service I've experienced at any hotel. The main highlight of my stay was my daily breakfast at Cardinal Café. The staff, specially Ngán and Vy deserves special recognition as they consistently went above and beyond to ensure I had an unforgettable experience. They were very attentive and professional - this level of service and hospitality truly sets this hotel apart.

Great location, bad smelling room
Great location in the centre of it all. Lovely helpful staff but room smells like mold. Very wet musty smell, slept with a mask on
