The Reverie Saigon

Outstanding on every level. This hotel is immaculate, customer service beyond excellent, located next to cafe apartments and within walking distance to all major attractions in district 1. Called leading hotel of the world for a reason and they have earned it. What an amazing experience thank you

The best luxury hotel we've ever been. The hotel is located in District 1, easy access to shops, street foods snd external restaurants. The view is fantastic, the junior suites are immaculate, the attention to detail is extrem. The Spa treatments were really good and the restaurant left us speechless. We will come back.

Absolutley stunning hotel, and incredible location. Right in the heart of district 1, next to the apartment cafe building, walking distance to the independance palace and war memorial museum if you are there for some history and tourist spots. We were able to walk to all of the restaurants and bars we visited. The staff were exceptional, 2 x turndowns services a day with plenty of amenties in the room, and the breakfast was fantastic - a-la-carte breakfast and buffet breakfast available with an array of choices of fresh food. The pool was great also with table service if required for food & drinks, the gym look good although we did not use it. They have a fabulous spa available but it is recommended to book one day in advance especially on weekends. We visited for our mini-honeymoon and would absolutely recommend staying here for any occasion. Thank you for an incredible stay The Reverie.

I stayed at The Reverie Saigon and unfortunately my spa experience negatively affected my overall impression of the hotel. At check-in, I received my American Express Fine Hotels + Resorts benefit, which included a VND 2,600,000 food and beverage or spa credit. At the same time, the hotel also gave me a Reverie Escape spa voucher for VND 300,000 off a Signature Treatment or VND 500,000 off an ILA Treatment. The spa voucher stated that it could not be combined with other promotions or discounts, but it did not say that the American Express FHR credit was considered a promotion or discount. The FHR letter also did not explain that the hotel-issued spa voucher could not be used with the FHR credit, and no one explained this restriction to me at check-in. Because both were given to me together, I believed I could use the spa voucher toward my treatment while also using my FHR credit. I selected a more expensive treatment in part because of that understanding. Only after my massage was completed was I told that the voucher could not be used. What made the situation worse was how my concern was handled afterward. I tried to explain that my issue was not simply the policy, but the fact that the restriction was never clearly disclosed beforehand. Instead, I felt dismissed and at times spoken to rudely. There was no meaningful acknowledgment of the lack of communication and no real attempt to resolve the situation. The spa treatment itself was not the main problem. It was the lack of clear disclosure and the way I was treated when I raised the concern. Unfortunately, that experience overshadowed what otherwise could have been a very enjoyable stay. I hope the hotel improves how these spa vouchers and FHR benefits are explained to guests so this does not happen to someone else.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Location, amenities, the staff, all were amazing. We stayed in Executive Club Suite with free minibar snd lounge access. Special thanks to the entire lounge team. They were all fantastic.
