Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers

Our stay here was superb!! Everything from the rooms, food, and especially the service teams was unmatched by any other Marriott (Sheraton) hotel we’ve stayed with. And we travelled for a living!! Special shoutout to concierge Anh Le and his colleagues, Loan Nguyen and her guest services team! Definitely recommend staying here!!

Staff were absolutely amazing! Friendly and helpful with any questions/concerns. Sauna in changing room back of gym. Buffet breakfast one of the best ever in all my travels! Lounge access is an upgrade which gives drinks and light snacks during the days. Access by the outdoor pool. Happy to have stayed here for the other additional nights, however, an alternate was sorted a little further away lol Extra bottles of water in room provided almost immediately.

Seafood Buffet last night was our gastronomical experience of a life time. As New Zealanders we have access to quality seafood. But we would have to rate our experience as the highlight of our visit to Vietnam. The food, wine and service was fabulous. Our server Hoang Nguyen was a class above . The manager Pham Hui Loi, checked on us server all times. This was a memory of a life time. Thank you Saigon Cafe, Sheraton . We will be back. Peter and Tracey, Gisborne. NZ

THE FUNNIEST GATHERING EVER! I went back to Sheraton Grand Opera this weekend for a flash business trip, and yeah, they had Gathering again. We played Water Volleyball today and it was SUPER DUPER FUN. The game this weekend is kinda intense and tighttt and we won with a very close result as 100 - 96, lol Thank you to Fitness Team, they did it again: well organized and lively as always. KUDOS! And these gathering in the weekend and one of my reasons to come back to Sheraton everytime. Thanks again, me and my kids really enjoyed it.

Great central location, easy to explore the city. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the overall service is solid. A reliable choice for a convenient stay in Saigon, though a little expensive.
