Our stay at the Sheraton Saigon was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. The service was consistently outstanding, and every staff member went above and beyond to help us. The Club Lounge was excellent, with attentive service, a great selection of food and beverages, and a welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to the bell team, who helped us weigh our luggage not just once, but twice, to ensure we met our airline's baggage requirements. When we needed to ship a suitcase, the staff didn't simply give us information—they researched local shipping options, contacted the shipping company, and arranged for them to pick up our luggage from the hotel. We also used an outside laundry service, and the hotel staff were more than happy to receive our clothes and deliver them to our room without hesitation. This level of hospitality, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help is rare. Sheraton Saigon truly sets the standard for exceptional customer service. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

At Hai Bar, you can find some creative cocktails from the hotel, and they are all complimentary drinks. The staff here are so super lovely, especially Ms.Quynh, who recommended some drinks that I really liked, particularly Mango Glutinous. Gorgeoussss

We had an outstanding stay at Sheraton Saigon and couldn’t be more impressed with the overall experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. As a Titanium elite member, I was delighted to receive a complimentary suite upgrade on the last three days of our stay. The suite was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered breathtaking views of the Saigon skyline. Watching the city come alive during the day and sparkle at night from the comfort of my room was truly memorable. A special highlight of our stay was the Executive Lounge. The food and beverage offerings were exceptional, with an excellent selection throughout the day. Breakfast was plentiful and of high quality, while the evening cocktail service featured a great variety of delicious food, snacks, and drinks. The club lounge provided a relaxing atmosphere and was one of the best executive lounges we have experienced. Most importantly, the service from the executive lounge team was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and proactive in ensuring guests felt welcome and well cared for. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made a significant difference and elevated the entire stay. We want to thanks Thư, Linh, Như Le, Nhi Đinh, Minseok, Kiệt Dinh and Hằng for their warm welcomed, attentiveness, and professionalism had made a lasting impression and a memorable experience. Sheraton Saigon continues to set a high standard for hospitality in Ho Chi Minh City. Between the excellent service, fantastic Executive Lounge, generous suite upgrade, and stunning city views, this was a truly exceptional stay. From the moment we arrived late at night after a long flight, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism by the front desk team. Their friendly smiles and efficient check-in made us feel relaxed and cared for immediately. We would like to express our special appreciation to Mr. Lam To from the Guest Relations team. His outstanding hospitality went far beyond our expectations. He kindly helped us reserve restaurants for lunch, arranged appointments at a spa, coordinated with the airport Fast Track service, and even assisted us with Grab transportation whenever we needed help. Thanks to his thoughtful recommendations, prompt responses, and attention to every detail, we were able to enjoy our trip completely stress-free. No matter what questions or requests we had, Mr. Lam always responded with patience, professionalism, and a genuine smile, making us feel truly valued as guests. I traveled with friends, and we all agreed that Mr. Lam's exceptional care made our vacation even more enjoyable and memorable. We are also grateful to every member of the hotel staff, whose kindness and dedication made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel's excellent location, comfortable rooms, delicious meal in the Club, and outstanding service exceeded all of our expectations.
