Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers

Very well located hotel in district one. In the middle of shopping area and culinary choices. Walking distance from various poi. Once you enter the hotel you feel welcomed. The rooms are as they are described. Efficiency and friendly. Thanks again for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

I took a physical class of Cardio Kickboxing by chance this morning. One muscle guy gym staff greeted me at door and invited me to join his leading sport event. I had no idea what it was, yet a bit surprise arose as seeing a group of ladies gathered there under warming up mode. Ok I got in and no later than 45 minutes of being acted with non-stop moments of punching, kicking, jumping, I swore I might burn layers of fat. Moreover, my kids watched their mom firstly giving punches and kicks in a real exercise class. They were so exciting as seeing me via video call. Wonderful fitness team with thanks for a great day.

One of our best hotel stays with great accommodations and service. Surprised us with birthday flowers and cake for the wife. Excellent staff service!

A wonderful hotel, with amazing service. We stayed in the recently renovated Grand Opera tower. The Club lounge in the tower was great for both breakfast & happy hour. Even though breakfast was included in our rate, in the main dining area, we never bothered to use it. The staff in the hotel, & in particular the tower, are incredibly attentive. The room was modern, large, comfortable & very clean. However, the only reason I have not given the hotel a 5-star rating, is because of the noise level, esp. in the middle of the night. Even though we were on the 23rd floor, we were regularly disturbed from the sound of a construction site about a block & a half away. In particular, hammering on metal components. Plus at around 5am, the prayers/wailing from the mosque next to the hotel was clearly audible. Clearly the windows in the room(s) are not very good re sound-proofing. The location of the hotel is really good, and a lot of the main things to see in Saigon are reachable by walking.

Had the most fabulous introduction and the utmost care and consideration by Hao Dong and Trieu Tran in arriving and taking me to my room in the hotel. I have limited mobility so the care was very much appreciated.
