Great location and pleasant experience
Rooms are great, super clean and well organized. Clean and new. Gym very convenient and staff is super polite. Breakfast is great!

Newly Opened Room in Grand Opera Tower.
We spent one night at the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel, staying in the newly opened Grand Opera Tower. The lobby felt spacious yet charming and welcoming. Our room included access to both the Sheraton Club and The Salon. The Sheraton Club offered a diverse selection of canapés, while The Salon provided a more exclusive and private atmosphere with premium offerings. The staff were professional and incredibly accommodating. Nga and Nghi, who were in charge of the executive lounge, were especially helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying at the Grand Opera Tower.

Best place to stay in HoChiMinh / Saigon
Great location, amazing lobby with Vietnamese themed art. The room in the renovated tower was simply awesome. The Club Lounge is one of the best I've seen at a Bonvoy hotel, poolside view. The gym is nice but a bit outdated equipment, jam-packed between 6am-8am so i went back later in the day. Fantastic service, friendly and professional...Highly recommend the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera!
