Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers

It was a pleasant stay for a week in Sheraton. Staff is super supportive and we enjoyed every part of stay. Thank you for provided access to Sheraton Club.

One of the very best places to stay, and I was not disappointed with the stay here, which was an outstanding one as there was ample daylight available in the room and outstanding staff who manage this facility and restaurant. Their valuable contribution and dedication make it an extremely comfortable place to stay. Overall, this place deserves more than 5 stars, and I look forward to visiting this place again in a future business visit. Has the charm, comfort, and best of Saigon food in one place and ample opportunity to explore the region around this place. Truly OUTSTANDING staff, facility, restaurant team who provide A++ quality of service and food, and a room service management team that makes it a pleasant place to stay. They were available whenever I needed them, and as it was a long stay for me, my rating has been based on the period spent at this hotel. As a Marriott member, I truly look forward to future visits to the Sheraton Grand Opera Saigon. Keep up the excellent work!

I was unexpected that all the staffs in the hotel are so friendly and hospitable. I was trying to see how’s the gym and swimming pool in the hotel, when I was selfing in front of the gym mirror, one of the staffs, who is very muscular with big arms, asking me would I wanna to join with them the water volleyball game, and I did, it was a great fun and unforgettable moment in Ho Chi Minh City
