After many years stay at Sheraton, we decided to pick to stay at another hotel in Saigon. And this year we chose to go back to stay Sheraton after Great customer service on any level. Great food. Thank you team Sheraton for always make us feel special Recommended

We are very happy with our stay at Saigon Sheraton. We have stayed in many hotels while traveling in VietNam and we feel that Saigon Sheraton is the one of the best ones. Its location, accomodation, cleaniness, service are considered at the top ends. And the main reason for such an excellent review is due to the staff, from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurants, lounge, exercise facity and luggage department, all the people we met are so helpful, pleasant and courteous. I want to name few of the staff members that provide above and beyond service. In the front desk, Vivian is so helpul and pleasant to work with. In housekeeping, Nhan Chung provides excellent service. He goes out of his way to make sure our room is always clean and comfortable. Pham Pham and Anh Minh working in the lounge are so helpful. They make sure that our orders meet our expectations. Le Tan Cuong and Toan Nguyen in the luggage department are so helpful. In my travel experience. I have not seen such a consistent good customer service like Saigon Sheraton. Keep up the good work!!

The room, view, service and the delicious meals….. everything was perfect. Would not change a thing. Thank you to the entire staff.

I stay here monthly and it has always been chosen due to the great service and warm hospitality. Sometimes, I did wish that the tub could be nicer, the decor more modern. Looks like my wish came true with the opening of their refreshed Grand Opera Tower. Boy, was I blown away. This transformative refresh has made them 6stars for sure. Great intuitive design upgrades gives modernity, whilst not forgetting the little touches like a good quality hairdryer, a habdheld clothes steamer, a vanity mirror with different light settings, local snacks in delicate pots; things that give just that added sparkle. The Salon lounge on the 5th floor is also segregated from the other wing and has lovely wines and the most pleasant service. I love this hotel now, and will always choose this over others in Ho Chi Minh. Great job to the leadership team.
