This is my third time writing a review for the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera, and for good reason — every stay has been better than the last. From business to leisure, I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, but Sheraton Saigon consistently stands out as one of the very best. The Club Lounge remains the highlight. Mr. Stephen welcomed me with such warmth at check-in that I instantly felt at home. Ms. Thu Phung and Ms. Nhu Nguyen, along with the entire lounge staff, are extraordinary — their genuine care, professionalism, and warm smiles make each visit truly memorable. The breakfast buffet continues to impress with its variety and quality, while the evening happy hour in the Club Lounge is, without question, among the best in Ho Chi Minh City. It has become one of the experiences I most look forward to when I return. What makes Sheraton Saigon truly special is the leadership behind it. General Manager Mr. Julian Wong embodies world-class hospitality. He is approachable, attentive, and deeply cares about both guests and staff. His leadership sets the tone for the entire hotel — from top to bottom, the staff are amazing, sincere, and friendly. Each time I return, I can see how his guidance continues to elevate the service and culture. Sheraton Saigon is more than just a place to stay — it has become my home away from home in Saigon. And with each visit, the experience grows stronger. For anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City, whether for work or leisure, I cannot recommend it highly enough.
