everything was excellent. very nice atmosphere, nice people and good food. Anh Nguyen, who works at the front desk, was very helpful. It's staff like you who make me want to come back to your hotel.

What a stay! A really fantastic welcome! Phuong Pham checked me in and was super helpful with her colleague Mai assisting! Room was spacious! Recently renovated so we got the Classic Luxury but nicely designed modern rooms! Everything brilliant from beds to towels too! Amenities were super great!! Lovely comfortable slippers! Housekeeping were professional and friendly! Breakfast spread was super good!! Combination of Local and Western!! Gym needs a renovation at some point but it’s okay. Good set of equipment. Pool was lovely too. And there was also a Table Tennis table! Concierge were great too! Recommending Resturants and also remembering my name all the time! Overall my boys and I really enjoyed our stay! Fantastic team!! And when we are back this will be my hotel to go to!!!!

A two night stay to finish a Mekong Cruise booked by Emerald Cruises, although I have loved the Sheraton brand for years. From the moment we stepped through the doors at 8 am and we were offered an early check in with an upgrade to the Club, the stay has been beautiful. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and have everything you could need. The Club and the staff at the club are exceptional. Everyone has a beautiful smile and are so warm. We had breakfast at the Club, a light afternoon tea 2.30-4.30pm and then dinner on one night. All complimentary along with beer, a white and a red wine and a champagne between 6-8pm each night. I had an issue with noise the 1st night - I am a light sleeper and couldn’t believe the volume coming from what sounded like a karaoke bar with loudspeakers until 1.30am. You would think being on the 19th floor this wouldn’t be an issue, but the karaoke, dogs barking, loud motorbikes, what sounded like prayers through a loudspeaker at 0630 - led to a very disrupted sleep. This seems to be a potential problem if you get a room overlooking the street with a city view although others in similar rooms didn’t have an issue. After raising the issue with the front desk the following morning, we were moved to a room overlooking the pool and another wing - the room is smaller but still lovely and quiet! All the staff have been wonderful. Thanks Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera for a beautiful end to our holiday.
