I joined the Gathering today, by accident. But it was really worth it for just 1 hour of experience. Today's exercise was Aqua Core focusing on the abdominals and underwater exercises. The instructor was extremely enthusiastic and the group members were very friendly. Today was a rare sunny day in Saigon during the rainy season, and the swimming pool was sparkling clean in the sun. Kudos to Sheraton;s Fitness & Pool team, they organized a fun and energetic Gathering day.

Things went right as deciding to join aqua pilates. Amazing instructor, nice view, delicious energy drink with water melon mix orange juice. It was raining yet not a big matter as exercising under warm water. Cannot wait to come back for further activities

Excellent service and courtesy. Especially Tho and concierge. Attention to detail and guest name, Renovated room in good taste, combining pleasant esthetic uniqueness but in harmony. Amenities sufficient. Only suggestion would be to lengthen closet area for dress pants or gowns. Room service attention is at a different level of cleanliness.

A hotel has a chance to set the tone by how it welcomes a customer at check in. This hotel failed. When i went to check in at the front desk they said I had to check in at the lounge due to my status. But no customers were at the front desk to check in and multiple people were in the lounge checking in. After waiting the employee goes overboard thanking me for being a loyal customer Then he says the type of room i reserved he does not have but he can give me a standard room but it will be noisy as there is a concert. Then he offers me a suite for about $300 in points. I never expect to be upgraded but what i do not appreciate is wasting my time in a bait and switch effort. I am glad this was my last night in Vietnam as it would have set the tone and put me on guard for future scams. But luckily this only happened here. By the way the food in the lounge and breakfast was outstanding The room that was described as old style was fine with a modern tv. So the building and food are wonderful but management needs to learn to treat customers with dignity and respect.

I join the wellness class on Saturday morning and it is a great experience! The value and cleaniness is perfect. Will come back later
