Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers

I stayed at the Sheraton Opera House Saigon hotel from July 21st to July 25th, 2025. Below are my views on good (+) and not-good (-) about this hotel. In the end, my final evaluation (the number of stars) is heavily based on the quality of my interactions with staff as a guest and a loyal member. Good things: + I was too unhappy with the JW Marriott Saigon hotel and booked the Sheraton Saigon late afternoon, July 20th, but they managed to make a nice decoration in the executive suite for my 25th anniversary with my wife when I checked in on July 21st. + While I was waiting to check in, the club lounge manager, the director of rooms, and the general manager came to greet me and spent some time talking to me. This shows how much they cared about ambassador members (more below). + When I came to the club lounge for the happy hours, those I hadn’t met, but already knew my room and my name when I came in. They paid attention to my table very well. + When I came to breakfast on the first floor, the restaurant host already knew my name, though we hadn’t met. The restaurant manager, Huong, came to say hi to me when I was looking for food. I chose the table I sat 6 years ago when I first stayed at their hotel, and they offered to reserve that table for me everyday: none of the hotels has done that, but this hotel! + Club lounge managers, Hang and Thu, spent quite some time interacting with us for most of the time we used the lounge. They made me feel like we have friends at the lounge who can spend some time with us whenever we like: a unique experience. + Their whole operation is organized well in terms of recognizing ambassador members from the concierge, front desk, Club lounge, and breakfast restaurant. They made me feel as if I came back to my hometown, where everybody would know me: an amazing experience at this hotel. + They gave an old suite, and a day after I checked in, I asked them to see if there was a new/renovated one. Within a few hours, they managed to move me to a nicer suite (same size and same side). Not-good things: The following are not necessary negative things, but I put them here to distinguish them from the good things above: - The hotel is pretty old, but they are in the middle of renovating - The gym is very old with old equipment: it needs renovation

Lam and Treung were my guys...they've assisted me in most things throughout my 2 weeks stay...other staffs were very warm as well especially the level 1 cafe staffs. No complain whatsoever. Great job Sheraton Saigon!

The staff is great and has a personal approach, which is what hospitality is all about. The hotel looks beautiful, everything is done with grace and finesse. Wonderful food and wines. The gym is fabulous, the best gym I have seen in a hotel! Keep up the good work everyone!

Pillows acceptable . Good enough .. I think is comfortable and is 5 star hotel standard . Overall , good. Still can be inprove on the softness .

The Sheraton Saigon Grand provided a truly wonderful experience. From the almost seamless check-in to the incredibly warm welcome, every detail was excellent. The club lounge staff especially impressed us with their diligence and professionalism, constantly working to ensure all guests were well taken care of. Their dedication made our stay exceptional, and I will certainly be back.
