Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers

The location of this hotel could not be better with many landmark attractions within walking distance. Our room in the newly renovated building was a spacious oasis. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Joon Seo for his courteous and professional service in the club lounge.

We enjoyed the top notch facilities -- including a nice fitness center, pool and spa -- the friendly staff at check-in/out and the lobby restaurant/bar. The hotel was bustling, but service was good and came with a smile.

Overall a good experience staying 3 nights at Sheraton. Knowing there’s a new wing put me off a little but no complaint with the wing that I stayed in. Rooms were cleaned on time everyday. The only feedback is if they could put an extra roll of toilet paper and tissue paper in the bedroom area (there’s one in the toilet tho), but it’s not a big deal. Breakfast provided in the hotel was great! Conveniently located. Pillows were really flat but I still managed to sleep well (too tired from the walking)!

So fun and feel rechargeable after mingling in pool games this morning. We saw fitness staff set up couple of long red floats and thought it was for kids party, then curious if we could try and the big guy called on us to try it. We did and got fun among buns of clapping hands of others. Thanks for that, my wife and I were so enjoyable.

When my husband and I visit Ho Chi Minh, we always stay in Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel. The hotel staff are attentive and pay attention to details. I have been visiting the executive lounges in various Marriott properties around the world, I find the executive lounge in this Sheraton is one of the best. The staff are amazing. Ms. Thu Phung in the club lounge is particularly helpful and attentive. She always wears a smile and makes us feel welcomed. When my stomach didn't feel well due to the long flight from Chicago this month, she personally made a cup of hot ginger tea that really helped my upset stomach. She goes above and beyond to take care of us. We really appreciate her kindness. This is the main reason that we always return to this hotel when we visit Ho Chi Minh for work or for vacation.
