Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers

This was my first time booking a Sheraton. Before checking in, all I knew was that it is a five-star hotel. I was genuinely impressed by the facilities, cleanliness, and overall experience, and location, which gave me the confidence to book Sheraton again. Customer satisfaction is a leading indicator of purchase intention and brand advocacy. My positive experience has turned me into a returning customer wherever I travel. I will always choose Sheraton when the location suits my needs, as location is my number one consideration in my decision-making criteria.

Upon arrival Anh Le and his team greeted us with a warm welcome back. Entire staff went beyond to assist us in what ever we needed. While having breakfast at Saigon Cafe Huy aka Jerry offered his assistance to our party. Everyone was very helpful but Huy kept on check back to assist us in anyway. It was a nice service for him to provide

Stayed in hotel for 4 nights late December 2025. Was advised at check in that there would be “construction” noise. Room on 17th floor and facing Nguyen Hue side. Asked for a quieter room and told no other available (really?) except on smoking floor. Booked via Expedia and not direct so wonder if I would have got a better room if I was a Marriott member. Wasn’t expecting construction noise at 10pm!! Also noise from Nguyen Hue. Convenient location but SO noisy. Room literally vibrating which is quite an effort on the 17th floor. Also food in the lobby cafe same prices as in USA/Europe when equivalent outside a fraction of the price.

A fantastic hotel, with modern facilities and amenities. The service quality is a top priority here; the staff are friendly and always ready to help. As soon as I arrived, a staff member was waiting and greeted me warmly – Trieu Tran, if I remember correctly. My stay was a wonderful experience, and the food and beverage department did an excellent job. I hope to have the opportunity to return in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, especially at the swimming pool. The hotel organized fun water activities with games suitable for guests of all ages, which made the atmosphere very lively and enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive, which made me feel very welcome. I truly appreciated the service and the overall experience, and I will definitely come back again in the future.
