Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers

My family and I have just spent 4 days here and we had a great time. The hotel is in the perfect location in the 1st district. Lots of great shopping, spas and eateries in the surrounding streets, which kept my wife and teenage kids very busy indeed! However I just wanted to chill out for a few days and the pool area on level 5 was just perfect for that. There is also a great gym on that level too. We paid for club access and that was way above average also. The food offerings in the club lounge were definitely superior to most other hotels I have been to. Rooms and staff were excellent also. All up this is possibly the best city hotel I have stayed in. Highly recommended.

I travelled here with my family from USA to Sheraton Grand Opera Hotel and I am truly amazed by the hotel room and service here at Sheraton, especially our room service/cleaning by Nhan Chung. We travel a lot to many countries, but I’ve never seen anyone this courteous, hard working, detailed oriented, patient, and caring. Nhan Chung goes above and beyond to make sure that our room is clean and to our liking each time. We are so happy with how clean our room is. I recommend everyone to this hotel and highly encourage you to request him to clean your room. He is truly wonderful!

Our second time back was just as great as the first! The staff welcomed us back and made us feel at home. All staff members were incredibly kind, caring, and diligent, remembering us by name and our preferences. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and staff members including Huong, Vi, Phuong and Tien were attentive and made sure everything went smooth. Above and beyond to make fresh apple juice and catering to dietary restrictions with no worry or hesitation at all. The lounge remains one of our favorites in all of Asia, and staff and concierge members An, Hao and Tu were standouts. The quality and variety of food, exceptional service, cleanliness and comfort make it stand out. The rooms are well kept and may have been recently updated. The hotel is centrally located to most tourist attractions, a shopping mall and restaurants. If ever in HCMC give this beautiful hotel a try as you will not be disappointed.

10/10 for everything. Location, room, amenities. Flowers for my wife's birthday were in our room on arrival. A very thoughtful touch.

Invited and joined the weekend fitness activity, my girlfriend and I were totally thrilled with laughs, dance and fun games with other new friends. Amazing and thanksful to the fitness team from the beginning till the end, you guys made our day.
