Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers

Great hotel. Has to be one of the best city hotels in the world..

I feel fortunate that my company’s business trip and conference were held in Ho Chi Minh City (a beautiful destination I had long hoped to visit). The conference was a great success, and Sheraton played a significant role in making the experience truly exceptional. The room had been recently renovated, featuring modern and luxurious facilities. Although there was occasional noise (which I believe came from construction next to the hotel), it did not significantly affect my stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. The staff were friendly and cheerful, it’s just a pity that my busy schedule did not allow me to fully enjoy everything. The swimming pool and gym on the 5th floor are ideal for relaxation and fitness. On weekends, the hotel also organizes engaging activities. If I remember correctly, Mr. Phuc was a very enthusiastic staff member who helped guests feel included and guided them throughout the activities. The Lobby Lounge is also a great place for meeting partners and discussing business. The staff there are attentive and provide dedicated service. Mr. Nam from the bell team was very energetic and always assisted me with the gifts I prepared for my clients, as well as the souvenirs I bought for my family. I would also like to thank Mr. Hau Le, who offered me many excellent suggestions for meaningful and impressive gifts. He is truly a dedicated and passionate employee. I also had a very positive impression of the front desk. Ms. Truc, a lovely and charming young lady, kindly offered me a drink while I was waiting to check in and engaged in friendly conversation. Overall, I had an unforgettable business trip at Sheraton. Due to my tight schedule, I did not have enough time to explore more, but I sincerely hope to return soon. Sheraton will certainly remain my top choice, as well as the preferred choice for my clients when visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

Excellent hotel. Spacious rooms and beautiful bathroom. The staff could not be nicer or more helpful. The restaurant served fabulous buffets for breakfast and dinner. Amazing seafood and authentic Vietnamese food.

Our stay here was superb!! Everything from the rooms, food, and especially the service teams was unmatched by any other Marriott (Sheraton) hotel we’ve stayed with. And we travelled for a living!! Special shoutout to concierge Anh Le and his colleagues, Loan Nguyen and her guest services team! Definitely recommend staying here!!

Staff were absolutely amazing! Friendly and helpful with any questions/concerns. Sauna in changing room back of gym. Buffet breakfast one of the best ever in all my travels! Lounge access is an upgrade which gives drinks and light snacks during the days. Access by the outdoor pool. Happy to have stayed here for the other additional nights, however, an alternate was sorted a little further away lol Extra bottles of water in room provided almost immediately.
