I had a very pleasant stay at Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera, where the overall service was consistently professional, attentive, and welcoming. From arrival to departure, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I would especially like to highlight Trieu Tran, the bellman, for his warm hospitality and genuine willingness to help. His attentive support truly enhanced my experience and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Staff service was great. Shout out to Thanh Lam, he was super friendly and was always helping us with recommendations and teaching us Vietnamese even if we’re bad at it. Looking forward to coming back

My last visit to Vietnam was 10years ago & I never thought of coming back I revisited because of company trip &!stay at Sheraton Saigon opera house The experience was fantastic The staff are very helpful & understand English well We could feel their warm hospitality especially for khanh & toan at the bell hop counter They volunteered to assist us without asking Good job! We sure be back again
