Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers

1. TRIP OVERVIEW A staycation with my wife and 5-year-old son. We wanted one night in District 1, close to everything, with a private and quiet feel. If you like privacy and good service more than "Instagram-style" hotels, this review is for you. 2. FIRST IMPRESSION Among Marriott hotels in Saigon, Sheraton is the only one that opened under its own name from the start (JW and Autograph used to be other hotel brands before changing names). The outside looks plain and light blue, but don't judge it by that — the inside is the real highlight, thanks to great upkeep and staff who really pay attention. I compare this to other 5-star hotels I've stayed at, like JW, Le Meridien, Lotte Legend, and Hilton. 3. LOCATION You can walk to almost everything you need. It's close to Nguyen Hue Walking Street, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Central Post Office, Bach Dang River, and Ben Thanh Market. It's also a 5-minute walk to the best malls in the city — Saigon Centre (Takashimaya) and Vincom Dong Khoi. Sheraton Saigon sits right in the middle of it all. **4. ROOM QUALITY** The living room is spacious with modern equipment that all works well. There are two TVs with Netflix and YouTube, so you can separate work space from relaxing space. The lighting is great, and the water pressure and temperature are good too. It has Type C outlets, and all the switches are placed in smart spots. 5. SERVICE The staff are always friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the Lounge team — Ms. Như emailed me a day before check-in to confirm what I needed for my stay, and Ms. Thư was wonderful with my energetic son. The pool and gym staff kept apologizing for noise from a big group of about 30 excited Korean guests, though I told them there wasn't much they could have done differently. 6. DINING & VALUE FOR MONEY This is where the hotel really shines. For US$230, I got a 50 sqm room, full amenities, and a private lounge experience for the whole family, right in the city center — plus a great dinner with both international and Vietnamese food. The ingredients were high quality, and even the soup passed my picky Vietnamese taste test. I'll try breakfast tomorrow, so that's not part of this review yet. 7. FACILITIES & CLEANLINESS I've also stayed at Hyatt Nha Trang, Six Senses Maldives, InterContinental Bangkok, and Hilton Singapore — but I've never seen a hotel this clean. You could walk through the pool area barefoot without picking up any dust. The outdoor heated pool shows they really invest in guest comfort. 8. CONCLUSION If you want a hotel that only looks great for tiktok or instagram posts, look elsewhere in Saigon. But if you want a truly excellent stay, this one deserves a spot on your shortlist.

I Have been to many hotels around the world but this would have to be the best I have ever experienced. Everything thing about it is 1st class. from staff to room, breakfast , dinners, Everything is amazing and really not that much more expensive. Spend those few extra dollars and experience total satisfaction.

Our family has stayed 5 nights at Sheraton and joined the beach sport event organized by Sher pool staff at last Saturday morning. It was truly memorable and cherished moments of my family trip in Vietnam. My kids were pretty enjoyed and thrilled as playing such fun games. Many thanks to Sheraton and pool team.

This was the most amazing experience, the staff are beyond excellent! We would only stay at the Sheraton Saigon - because of the excellent staff. They are amazing. Shout out for excellence to to the Salon Team… specifically Nga, Thu Phung, Nghi, Nhi, Uyen Nhu… this is excellence in the hospitality industry. We enjoyed the hotel very much. I would like to recognized the 2 people who work in the executive lounge: Huy & Nga. They gave us and everyone around us with high respect and service . I would like to encourage anyone who stays in the hotel to buy executive lounge. You get breakfast? Afternoon tea and dinner and it is well worth the money you spend for the food and service you get. If you are in Ho chi Minh City, this hotel is the best for his location, service .
