Friendliest Bellman that enhanced my trip
Had an excellent experience thanks to the bellman Tai Pham .During my stay, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a warm smile. He assisted efficiently with our luggage and went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. His helpful attitude and attentiveness truly enhanced our overall experience at the hotel. Thank you for the outstanding service , it made our stay even more enjoyable!

Executive floor lounge
With business I travel 3 - 4 times per year to Vietnam and stay at the Sheraton Saigon. There is one person that stands out with excellent attitude and professionalism. Just ask for Ms. Thu Phoung when on Executive Floor. Wonderful person!!!

Great place to stay!!
I come to Vietnam, at least four times a year on business and always stay at the Sheraton The staff is great always friendly and very helpful The rooms are comfortable, clean and it’s a great location. Concierge Trieu Tran never forgets a face or name. So helpful anytime you need him! I consider him and several of the staff friends!!

Awesome aqua fitness activity ! I felt kinda burning as moving back and forth with kicks and sound really good exercise . Hope that next time I come back can join such a nice activity again. Many thanks to gym buddies!
