Dear Sofitel Team, We recently had a group stay at Sofitel for five nights, and I wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience we had. 5 Star at its best.
OMG. This is the most amazing 5 Star hotel. We were greeted at reception and taken directly to the Executive Club where we received a personal check in with a glass of bubbles. Our room was incredible. Large and very nicely decorated. I have no negative at all. This was the most amazing start to a Vietnam Holiday.

Yummy food!
Yummy breakfast with savoury and sweet dishes. Van Thât was very helpful in ensuring my coffee order came correctly. Lots of variety.

Comfortable, spacious rooms and well located
Accor membership rewarded with a room upgrade and some beverages on arrival - thank you. Staff were all polite and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it was also somewhat dated. The central lighting switch is frustrating, and it is only on one side of the bed. Not all lights can be switched from the bed. A little too dark for my liking, and no power points or charging points beside the bed. Small things but irritating in a 5 star hotel.
