Luxurious experience, great amenities and facilities. Beautiful location near UK embassy and Notre Dam. Staff has really impressive english language communication skills. We've been accepted with warmth, checked in throught Club Millenium lounge. Thank to Brian, Marcus and Astrid for their assistance and pleasent service. Pool area on 18th floor is clean, got good kitchen. Pool is not deep, but works untill 11pm which makes it a good choice for people who are in their swimmimg routine. We have enjoyed delicious breakfast with colors of asian and european kitchen. Need to note that price per night is great for this level of hotel.

Dino at the fitness and wellness center was so helpful and welcoming! The whole atmosphere was wonderfully calming. Their spa was excellent and well appointed. I would definitely recommend to anybody who's staying at the hotel.

Beautiful Hotel! Great service! The only thing is, there is nothing really surrounding hotel, need transport as its quite a far walk to anything.

After we had initially booked into the “Catfish” Reverie Hotel and walking out before we had even put our bags down we jumped in a Grab and headed to the Sofitel Saigon. We had no booking and it was 7.30pm but I checked they had a suite available on the All App before we arrived. We were met with a nice smile from Zoe and she was one of the best front desk representatives I’ve come a cross in all of the Sofitels I’ve stayed at. She showed us two of the available room types and made sure I booked the correct category to take advantage of my Limitless upgrade benefits. She was excellent. All of the staff we interacted with were also great. The hotel is a bit old and is probably due for a renovation but in saying that our room was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The breakfast had a big selection but a few more hot vegan options would have been appreciated The bar on level 3 was awesome. Great cocktails and a really cool setup.
