Top notch!
What an amazing hotel. Outstanding service and the breakfast offering the best of any of the hotels we stayed in over our 6 week tour of Europe. Friendly staff and a beautifully clean hotel. Highly recommend the spa for a massage, however we were a little disappointed that all services were not available. Ignore any negative reviews. The meal in KOTO was outstanding, the French bistro not so much. From 2 happy Australians

Breakfast matters
As always, nice atmosphere and friendly service: Ngi, Truc and Dieu, Nguyen gave been great, warm and helpful.

Very friendly staff
Great experience having breakfast at The Sofitel and looked after very well by Dieu, Fuyen & Nghi. Chocolate fountain was amazing! Only downside was the bacon being a bit tough, but all over fantastic selection.

Great hotel and facilities
Loved the pool and rooftop bar for cocktails and dinner ! Breakfast was sensational with a special call-out to Thy, Billy Van That and Duyen.
