Nice stay in Saigon

We loved the hotel - the room was spacious, clean, staff very nice and breakfast with several options to chose from (the pastries were however dissapointing despite perfect look)

Le 17 Bistro is beautiful restaurant with nice French Cuisin. The food was great. We enjoyed the dinner with warm hospitality from My and Bao.

Lovely place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was exceptional. Very easy to walk or use a taxi to get to the busier areas of Saigon. I would recommend staying here to others

Nearly a 5

Lots to like about this hotel but not quite where it could and should be. I just sense that it is an older style hotel that lacks a little investment in terms of updating things - nothing major just all in the detail. I would say the absolute standout is the service, right across the board they are extremely helpful, courteous and very professional. The club lounge is OK, not great - not poor just ok and i say that in relation to the afternoon tea and canapes and not the staff. Brian and Evelyn were just terrific and so well managed by Ana. The chef I think just needs to be a little more creative and understand that there are many vegetarians and pescatarians in the world. Would be more than happy to stay again.
