Sofitel Saigon Plaza

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was lovely. The rooms were very nice, although on the small side, the pool area could do with some sprucing up (more plants around maybe, and some better looking tables and chairs). The breakfast and dinner options is the highlight of this hotel, just amazing. The staff are also very friendly and obliging. Would recommend.

I came from Hanoi and arrived at the hotel feeling quite tired. What immediately impressed me was the room with its elegant color scheme. I love the color purple, and they had a purple chair there. During my stay, I truly enjoyed sitting comfortably on that chair with a cup of tea, admiring the breathtaking view of Saigon at night. The vibrant city lights created unforgettable memories for me. I was also impressed by the fruit dessert at the breakfast buffet. It was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious.

The team in rhe lounge (Evelyn, Neh, Marcus snd Tram) are just amazing!!! I’m already looking forward coming back. They go outside of what you would expect.

We would like to sincerely commend the Sofitel catering and banquet team for their outstanding service during our Gala Dinner. Despite the complexity of the setup — an external venue without a fully equipped kitchen and the collaboration with an external chef flying in from France — the Sofitel team handled every challenge with remarkable professionalism and efficiency. All dishes were served hot, beautifully presented, and perfectly aligned with the event’s timeline, ensuring a seamless flow throughout the evening. Their ability to adapt, coordinate, and deliver at such a high level truly reflects Sofitel’s commitment to excellence. The attention to detail, responsiveness, and teamwork behind the scenes played a key role in the success of the Gala. We highly recommend Sofitel for high-profile events requiring precision, flexibility, and impeccable service, and we look forward to working with their team again in the future.

What to say? Sofitel Saigon Plaza is amazing and i love it more every time I stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the accomodation is superb, the food is wonderful(thank you to my pho lady in Mezz who makes THE best pho), the bars are all great, love the pool. Concierge staff are caring and knowledgeable . Every single member of staff deserves a pat on the back, thank you. Can’t wait to come back next year.
