Started our holiday in Vietnam with three nights at this hotel. Great location and friendly staff. Nice room, received an upgrade due to Gold status, thank you. I old definitely return. Highly recommend

Great executive lounge
Thank goodness for the Lounge. This is now an extremely busy hotel used for numerous tour groups. It was our 6th visit. Still a 5 star experience but a few worrying points. 1. Major building work going on behind our room. The first we knew about this was in a letter in our room. It would have been good to have been told prior to Arrival. As it was it wasn’t that bad. 2. Tour groups monopolise the pool area in groups and also means that breakfast and lifts are extremely busy at certain times. The Club Millesime is superb. A lovely oasis to relax. Huong in particular is a superb ambassador for the hotel. The service was outstanding. The food and wine excellent. The bellboys are excellent- ordering taxis and sorting through the general lobby mayhem. We were greeted every single time we appeared. The upgraded pool furniture is also very nice.

Sofitel Saigon- A hospitality Gem in Ho Chi Minh City.
We were given a warm welcome by Kyle in the front desk at 3:30 am in the morning. We stayed in the 17th floor with a spectacular view of the Saigon City. We got the best recommendations for the tour and local experience. Thank you extra much to Hoa, Hoan, Van & Khue for helping us with the safe return of my device that forgot in the room at the time of check out. Definitely recommend Sofitel Saigon for its superb location & hospitality.
