Sofitel Saigon Plaza

We stopped over in HCM/Saigon to break up our journey a little before we headed north to Dalat. If I had known it was going to be such a beautiful hotel, I would have stopped for 2 nights!. Great rooftop pool, wonderful room with complete blockout curtains and no noise. Staff were excellent, and the lounge was great to use at breakfast before our early departure. Couldn’t recommend it more. Service was all 5 star. Would definately stay here again

Stayed here twice during our recent trip to Vietnam - a longer stay at the start of the trip and a shorter stay at the end. Both stays were absolutely perfect! We had a fabulous room for both stays and a decent bathroom with rainshower and very nice toiletries. The location in District 1 is very convenient. The rooftop pool area with views across the city is fantastic. And the food is excellent - breakfast in particular was amazing with a huge choice! But the best thing about the hotel is the hotel team! Every single member of staff is amazing in their customer focus, efficiency and friendliness. Special thanks to everyone at the Pool Bar, Xuan and team in the Boudoir lounge bar, everyone on the reception and concierge desk, and the amazing housekeeping team who keep everything running so smoothly behind the scenes. We had a small medical issue the day we were supposed to depart and had to extend our stay at the last minute. The reception and concierge teams were amazing, quickly and efficiently rearranging airport transfers and room bookings, and the housekeeping team were fantastic making sure we had everything we needed. We can't thank you enough! Definitely an amazing hotel to stay in, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we come back to HCMC.

What I recommend the most is the lounge service in Sofitel Saigon. First of all, lounge staff Evelyn was so kind and she always check if there's anything that could help their guest. I do feel her thoughtfulness and thanks for her hospitality. Moreover, she is good at both Vietnamese and English, during the stay, she also help me a lot for the communication between me and Vietnamese friend. That also make my business trip in VN more perfect. Breakfast in the lounge is also highly recommended, since there's good breakfast and Evelyn, I am looking forward to visit Sofitel Saigon again soon.

Just stayed 2 ngts at this hotel, snd couldn’t fault it!!! Firstly the breakfast wow !!! One of the best I’ve had !!! Rooms spacious and modern. Will definitely stay here again if in Vietnam….
