A lovely stay in Saigon
We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Saigon. Special thanks to the Housekeeping team for keeping our room spotless, even when we put DND the whole day and only came out of the room after 7pm and went back late at night. Much appreciated. The Reception team was lovely, warm and welcoming throughout our stay. They are always proactive and offer assistance without any hesitation. We also had a very nice dinner at St25 last Saturday. The lady (Ms. Rinna?) who assisted us that evening was especially warm and attentive, with the most welcoming smile. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable one.

Excellent Stay in Saigon – Highly Recommended
We stayed at the Sofitel Saigon Plaza for four nights during our trip to Vietnam and had a great experience. The hotel is very well located, with easy access to the main sights of the city, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless, with very good amenities. Breakfast was excellent, and we also really enjoyed the swimming pool on one of the upper floors — a great place to relax after sightseeing. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Tony and Ginny, who were particularly helpful with our check-in and check-out and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and excellent for families travelling with small children. Highly recommended!

ST25 - Amazing Food & Every Better People
I was at Sofitel Saigon Plaza 2 years ago and had had dinner at ST25. Alice was my server then and when I returned this year August 2026, I was lucky enough to have her help me with my meal again. I chose the curated meal for dinner. Alice was so helpful in describing each dish, chatting with me about my day, Vietnam and just making me feel special. I cannot say enough what an amazing job she did. I will come back to Sofitel every time I come to Vietnam because of the service and experience I received both tonight and on my first visit. The food was amazing, I especially enjoyed the fried chicken and lobster. Hands down the best experience and service I have had in Ho Chi Minh. Thank you Alice and all the staff, you are amazing!
