Another exceptional visit to Anantara Resort - Hoi An. Outstanding service from Hai and her entire team ensured that we were all made to feel at home and cared for. The accommodation is maintained to a high standard and beautifully kept creating a relaxing and comfortable environment. Pricing offered excellent value for the quality of the accommodation, facilities and outstanding service. What is most memorable was the farewell - it did not feel like checking out, but more like leaving family and this is what makes it so special. Thank you to Hai and all the team for another fantastic stay - until the next time.

The location is tops, the view during breakfast is unbeatable and the staff is one of the most professional and welcoming you can find in Vietnam. They even learn your name and address you by your names which really says a lot. The rooms are superb and the whole atmosphere is a most in Hoi An. Kudos to Le, who is such a hardworking person, and willing to help at all times; and to Uyen, who greeted us always with a smile, and helped us so much during our stay. I wish I could stay longer. I will suggested it without a doubt.

Fantastic hotel in walking distance from the old town. You get the classic "understated" Anantara high-end standard like in any of their outlets. What stands out here is the friendliness and professionalism of their staff. Ngoc from the reception was our companion connected over Whatsapp throughout our stay. Super fast answers and solutions to any inquiry we had. They opened the breakfast 30 minutes earlier just for us because we had to leave early. all in all a fantastic experience.

We loved every moment at Anantara Hoi An. The hospitality was outstanding, the resort was beautiful, and the birthday surprise meant so much to our family. Highly recommended!
