Anantara Hoi An Resort is a sumptuous product of the eclectic cultural mix that makes up Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where merchants from around the world traded and left their imprint on the city. Rooms and suites are housed in two- and three-story French Colonial buildings, where a fusion of European and Asian design sensibilities create a contemporary environment accented by rich wood and splashes of color. Watch lantern-lit boats coast by at the riverside restaurant or board your own for an unforgettable dinner cruise.

We really enjoyed our two night stay in this resort. Setting is tranquil next to the river. A short walk into Hoi An old town. Great breakfast buffet. Booked airport transfers through the hotel from and to Da Nang airport which worked a charm. Had dinner both nights in riverside cafe. Great setting and good menu. Front desk very helpful in fixing a couple of minor problems we had, mainly the guide with poor hygiene they booked for us for a city walking tour. But overall an excellent stay.

Resort location is the best, within walking distance to the old town. Nice walk by the river is beautiful. The staff were outstanding; made me feel like a VIP. The resort itself, I would say is a three star property. A little dated, and room conditions need to be addressed. Several stairs in the room, and the air condition location was directed on the bed which made it uncomfortable. Breakfast needs improvement in the quality. It is in an open air setting and with the heat and humidity, there needs to be food safety considerations.

Perfect place for ultimate relaxation in Hoi An, but also very close to all of the old town sightseeing. Great mix of relaxation and exploring. Smoothies by the pool from the fantastic staff at the reflections bar are top notch. Food at riverside was also brilliant. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, however, if you are unfortunate enough to be in a room next to some Americans, you will notice the soundproofing of the rooms is sub par. You can hear neighbours flushing toilets and closing doors all night long. The rooms also do not get dark enough as the doors only have wooden blinds, and the walkways outside of the rooms have lights on 24/7. Overall, we had an excellent stay for 7 nights and we will be coming back here when we return to the wonderful Hoi An (but with an eye mask and ear plugs!).

Anantara is the best and coziest hotel in the centre of Hoi An. Super friendly staff, they help out finding your way in Hoi An. They have the best spa, not comparable to the cheap ones in the streets! it is the best relaxing experience with natural oils. breakfast is delicious. And the rooms are renovated and so fresh and cool. the little terrace in front of the room to read a book. Nice swimming pool in a garden full of flowers. Recommend room at garden site.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at The Anantara in Hoi An. It's in a great location, close to all the hustle and bustle of Hoi An but still manages to feel like a calm oasis. The staff are very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay very enjoyable.
