Anantara Hoi An Resort is a sumptuous product of the eclectic cultural mix that makes up Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where merchants from around the world traded and left their imprint on the city. Rooms and suites are housed in two- and three-story French Colonial buildings, where a fusion of European and Asian design sensibilities create a contemporary environment accented by rich wood and splashes of color. Watch lantern-lit boats coast by at the riverside restaurant or board your own for an unforgettable dinner cruise.

Resort was a welcome oasis away from the busy Hoi An.Landscaping, rooms, breakfast and staff were all exceptional. The only issue was the poor and unsecure WIFI.

Although not staying in Hoi An, my husband and I have enjoyed the happy hour and dining many times in the last two months. Staff are friendly and excellent in both the riverside restaurant and the Art Space. The views and atmosphere are unbeatable by the river.

The team and their attention to detail was excellent. Any request was meant efficiently and effectively - staff always had a smile on their face and the spa was best experienced in Vietnam (visited 2 other spas at comparable hotels in Danang and Ho Chi Minh).

We were thrilled with this hotel . The location is fabulous for a quick walk into Hoi Ann but also an oasis of tranquility to relax. We stayed as part of our 35th Anniversary and they had left complimentary drinks and a celebration cake in our room which was a lovely touch. The room. - we had a river fronted room was beautiful. It was spacious , clean and had lots of amenities. Breakfast is served in an open air restaurant with views of the river. It was plentiful with everything you could hope to have. We ate in the hotel restaurant on one night and the food was delicious. There is an attractive pool area to relax and a spa with wonderful massages. The hotel has its own river boat so we were able to take a sunset cruise and enjoy all of the lanterns along the river. Finally to all the staff , they were lovely, attentive and couldn't do enough for you to ensure a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Hoi Anne.
