Exceptional Service and Wonderful Stay in Hollywood
I had a wonderful experience at The Hollywood Grande Autograph Collection in Hollywood, California. The hotel was beautiful, clean, elegant, and perfectly located near many famous attractions in Hollywood. I would especially like to thank Manager Neri and Bridgette Joy from Customer Service for their exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and kindness. They were extremely attentive, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Their outstanding customer service made our experience even more enjoyable and memorable. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hollywood, whether for vacation or business. Great room! Can’t do much about the neighborhood.
Great room and good amenities! Bathroom was clean. Just a shame about the shower not having proper separation. Really annoying trend among Marriott properties.
