The hotel itself is beautiful, with a great location and genuinely friendly staff. Bridgette, in particular, went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and appreciated as a Bonvoy member throughout my four-day stay—she truly made a lasting impression and deserves recognition for her exceptional service. One concern I had was with the bar service. On multiple occasions, bartenders verbally repeated my room number out loud when closing my tab. Unfortunately, I had an uncomfortable experience as a result, and it could have escalated further. For guest safety and privacy, I strongly recommend implementing a more discreet method of verifying room charges rather than announcing room numbers publicly. Another area for improvement would be the dining experience. While the restaurants are visually distinct, the menus and drink offerings felt very repetitive. As someone who values variety—both as a guest and a travel advisor—I would love to see more diversity in the food and beverage options across the property. Overall, I did enjoy my stay. The front desk service, especially, would bring me back. However, the limited dining variety would likely encourage me to explore other options in the future.

My flight was delayed due to the TSA shut down and when I arrived the hotel had canceled my reservation by giving away my room YET still charged me for it leaving me w/ no hotel room that I paid for. Not kind, not helpful, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

From the time we checked in to the day we checked out, everyone at the hotel were friendly, courteous, professional and eager to assist. I big shout out to Bridgette Joy, Alyssa and Chris at the front desk and valet. They are great! But all the employees that we encountered were fantastic! Plus they were so nice to our dog! Will spread the word about Hollywood Grande Hotel to all! Love that it’s a Marriott property too!!

Bar Lis just hits different. Maybe it’s the rooftop, maybe it’s the crowd, maybe it’s the skyline, but for the past 3 years it’s been my spot. From the second you step out of that elevator, the vibe is there. Music is always on point, crowd is right, and the nights just flow. But honestly the bar is what makes it. Rob, Max, and Cliff are elite. Drinks are always dialed, energy is even better, and they actually take care of you. Whether it’s a full night out or just a glass of wine at sunset, it never misses. Still one of the best spots in LA in 2026! I know why they want TripAdvisor, its because its what all the tourists use, especially in Europe

We had the best time at this hotel! We stayed here when we went to Magic Castle one night, and we fell in love with the room, amenities, and staff. Big shout out to Bridgette Joy for helping us and making our experience so great. Our room was close to the night club, so she made sure that we were comfortable. We are excited to go back again in the future.
