The best hotel in L.A.
We received a very pleasant welcome upon our arrival, with two glasses of champagne! The king-size bed makes you feel like you are sleeping on clouds! Danna your work was great! The room was perfect when we returned! Thank you so much!

An enjoyable stay at the Thompson
The hotel is really tasteful and enjoyable. The city view rooms were amazing. The rooms are decorated immaculately. The hotel service and staff are all friendly, helpful and understanding. Especially Neri and Aiz made sure our stay at the hotel was pleasant. I will definitely be back.

Great stay
We had a great experience at the Thompson Hollywood. Customer service was excellent. We had a very early fight and were able to get a free early check-in before 9am. The rooms were very nice, up-to-date, and clean. Great bed, closet, and bathroom. The music from the rooftop club was hardly noticeable, despite being on floor 9 (out of 10) and we had no problem getting good sleep. Housekeeping came at very convenient times and went above and beyond. The hotel is very conveniently located. I highly recommend a stay here.

Nice and intimate hotel experience
The beds are comfy and bathroom facilities good. Restaurant and pool areas nice and very friendly staff on front desk, bars and servers. Danna cleaned our room to a high standard

Lovely hotel
Danna did an amazing job making our room look beautiful and feel comforting! Hotel is very nice, very fancy. The restaurant is great too. Delicious iced coffee. I also loved the salad with poke tuna!
