Great hotel. The gym is amazing and all the facilities work just fine. The beach front is beautiful. It is also great to host corporate events. Melissa Harrison evaluated our stay and she was very kind.

Hands down the BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The Diplomat Beach Resort completely exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me and my family feel so special truly top tier service you don’t find everywhere. The views? Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that oceanfront scenery was unforgettable. And the restaurants at the hotel? A1 across the board every meal was delicious and worth it. The rooms were AMAZING! Spacious, beautifully designed, and bed was incredibly comfortable. On top of that, the entire hotel was spotless. You can tell they take cleanliness seriously, and it really made a difference in our stay. Room service was also on point, always quick, professional, and super attentive Everything about this place just felt luxurious, welcoming, and perfectly done. I can’t recommend it enough. If you’re looking for an amazing getaway, this is the spot!

This was a nice little staycation for me and my daughters ages 4 and 6. They enjoyed the pool and the spa and the beach. A lot of families there. We didn’t have to leave the hotel because we had everything available in the hotel. The breakfast buffet was so nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We missed lunch after packing and arriving at the hotel and playing in the pool. We went to hotel restaurant beside the pool for dinner. There was a wait for someone to assist us but once someone arrived at the table we were taken care of. Our hostess and servers brought us three small desserts when i mentioned we had missed lunch that day. It was a nice thoughtful gesture to a tired mom who wanted to have a special weekend with her little ones.

everything was perfect until the check out because i make my reservation through Booking and the promose late check out but it was not like that because the property was not give us that and if the possibility exists they charge 50 dollar extra per hour and the parking it was supposed to be free and they charge it to so my resumen overall was good but there is a mis communication between the platform and the hotel about details of what you buying
