We have stayed here many times and Nadine is always the best! She has become a friend and we always feel comfortable booking with her. The hotel is great and has a lot to offer. We love this place and will continue to come back.

Worst Hotel Ever

Please do not stay at this place. The front desk staff is rude. The valet was completely disorganized and the main valet person actually yelled at me the first night because I was supposed to come back out to the valet stand and tell him my room number-? (I've stayed at a million hotels and I've never heard of that.) The paint on the ceiling of my room was peeling. Tiles in the bathroom were falling off the wall. There were no linens for the pull out couch (requested them several times and they never arrived). There were long lines for the elevators. It was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. When I voiced my concerns to the front desk at check out the rude employee gave me a $39 credit for a $1000 room charge. Just awful.

Filthy, Misrepresented, and Host Went Silent

We had an absolutely terrible experience at this property. Upon arrival, the apartment was filthy stained bed linens, hair in the bedding and bathroom, and even a used bar of soap left in the shower. Clearly, it had not been cleaned between guests. My wife and I had to spend our first night cleaning and buying detergent and bleach from Walmart just to make the bed usable. Although the host later offered to send someone to clean, it was far too late since we had already done it ourselves. The apartment was advertised for 5 guests, but there were only enough clean pillows and bedding for 3. The rest were stained or missing. The garbage disposal was broken, causing foul-smelling water to back up into the sink whenever the dishwasher was used, making the kitchen unusable. The host initially promised compensation but then stopped responding altogether. Completely unacceptable service I would never stay here again and do not recommend this property to anyone.

I felt uncorfortable with the flat. The fridge was broken so we didn't have ice. The Beach service was for 4 people, my family has 5 members. You needed a card to take towels to go to the Beach or the pool. So if a memeber of my family wanted to go to the pool, the rest couldn't go to the Beach. Besides, it was really expensive.
