This review is geared to the building itself as the unit we rented was an Airbnb and we had a good experience in that capacity. Valet is a hot disaster. First they drive your cars like its an Indy 500 race track. You have to scan your ticket to notify them you want your car which is fine but it typically took us having to ask them if our car was coming to actually get it. When I checked in, I alerted the Valet manager who was working that we had a late checkout. He said it would be am additional $20 for the extra half day parking. I asked if he was charging me for the full stay at this time including the late checkout and he said yes. Went to get our car at 3pm on our checkout date and they basically held it ransom until I paid an additional $40. I showed them my charge on my card, described the manager that was working that day and what he told me and they said it was wrong and I had no choice but to pay. I asked if they could have their manager come down because you get the cars on a different floor than where you drop them off and they refused. Front desk was just as disorganized. At check in, they had my husband as the primary guest instead of me and he was waiting with the car so I had to get him to come in so we could continue. Then they send you a link to register but it was timing out and took forever to get the info to go through. Also talked to them about late checkout confirmed it was on my account and the keys were set up properly. Stopped by the desk the night before because if the key deactivates you can't get into the building from the beach or use the elevators to go up. Again confirmed it was set up. Check out day, went to come back in the building at 1230 and they didnt work. Luckily someone was there to let me in. Went to the desk and he was like yeah it was never set up right so he had to reactivate it. The owners of the unit were very nice and accommodating our schedule and the unit was great, amenities are nice, location is good, the staff just has no idea what they are doing. You get a different answer every single time or required to pay an extortion fee to get your car back.

The front desk of this place is a joke. We paid for an early check in and as we checked we were told that we would be able to access our room within the hour. We actually received a message that our room was ready and made our way back to the front desk just to find a rather rude employee that told us that there was no early check in and to step aside until 4pm. It has only been 3 hours since we started this ordeal. Not a good way to start what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend. The staff here are not helpful at all. What a shame

The building looks luxurious but the apartment was dirty, the balcony looks like didn’t get cleaned for ages, the utensils are from 99cents, even some of the pot where with rust we had to buy our own! The beach is gorgeous however the space so tight and packed you can’t even cross to the beach! My opinion stay away from Lyfe! I’ll never come back again! Did I forget to mention that they are calling you and emailing you all the time at one point I thought I’m wanted not a guest!!so annoying

Worst place to stay apt was all broken and filthy no blankets no sheets broken kitchen one outdoor Witcher chair in balcony That was all ripped up Elevators over congested got stuck on it for 25 minutes scary and sweaty experience no help no one is nice in this place all employes over worked and frustrated so they are beyond rude to guests no one smiles and makes you feel like your on vacation Our vacation was nothing close to vacation Awful and waste time and of money
