Do not ever stay here

This place is straight garbage. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER. The staff is incompetent. The sheets had blood and stains when we arrived. They lost our bags for hours. The elevators take 45 mins each trip. Oh and the valet damaged the tire of my car. Wall to wall garbage. This place should be condemned for how stupid and careless they are towards their high paying guests. Valet also takes 30 mins to get your car and the valet manager demanded a mandatory tip. Incompetent and ignorant people run this trash building

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like an inconvenience rather than paying guests. There was no sense of hospitality—just attitude and constant policing. Instead of feeling like you’re on vacation, you feel like you’re being watched and waiting to be corrected for something. The pool and beach situation is a complete disaster. The hotel is clearly overbooked, yet they continue to let more guests in without the capacity to accommodate them. There are little to no chairs available, and when you go down to the beach and everything is taken, you’re essentially expected to sit on the sand. Meanwhile, there is a VIP section sitting completely empty that staff refuse to let guests use—even when the rest of the beach is packed. It’s honestly ridiculous. On top of that, the staff is extremely strict and unhelpful about minor things like towel cards. If you don’t have it on you at that exact second, they’ll refuse service and speak to you in a way that is completely unacceptable for a hospitality setting. And the elevators—absolutely unacceptable. We were waiting 30–45 minutes just to go up or down. It turns a simple trip to your room into a frustrating ordeal every single time. Overall, this place is poorly managed, overcrowded, and lacks basic customer service. What should have been a relaxing vacation turned into a stressful and unpleasant experience. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

location was good, not a very clean place on the top floor (41) never had any available towels or umbrella's for the beach! the amount of money we paid and can't get on the beach (8am) used the VIP ($100 day) valet and the staff were speeding in the cars and very rude!

Absolutely not recommended - poor management, dirty rooms, noisy resort

The bad experience started with the fact that we couldn't check in until around 5.30 p.m., even though I had booked an early check-in for $50.00 extra, which was not visible in the hotel system. Nevertheless, we were promised the fastest possible check-in and that they would contact us as soon as the room was ready. Since no one contacted us, we drove to the hotel after 4 p.m. back to inquire. Long story short, no one knew anything. After a few back-and-forth phone calls, we were assigned a room. When we entered the room, we immediately noticed an unpleasant smell.The room smelled strongly of marijuana and contained visible residues. Most unacceptable was that I was there with my family. We found a joint on the balcony and a second smoked joint inside the safe. A child being exposed to this is entirely unacceptable. Melvin the guy at the reception was the only one, who was very helpful and frindly in arranging another room, which was fine, but the situation resulted in the loss of most of our first day. Next day, we wanted to speak to the manager. Other reception staff tried to stop us and promised that the manager would get back to us. Although we contacted the manager by email and left messages on his answering machine, no one has gotten back to us in the two months since. The management doesn't care about its customers at all. This attitude is evident throughout the entire facility. The rooms are not clean, the valet parking service is disastrous and very poorly organized, the swimming pool is dirty, and the clientele is very loud and badly behaved, especially in and around the elevator. Therefore, I would absolutely not recommend this resort.

Very poor Reception Staff

We booked our stay here through Airbnb But we had to check in at the reception and pay a fee for a wrist band to use the hotel facilities which we were aware of The issue is with the Reception Staff Firstly she was not able to find the booking No apology for the wait Didn't seem to have a clue what she was doing Secondly she did not explain what the breakdown of the charge was on my credit card And Finally She Gave No Directions to the lifts which caused us to go up 25 floors in the wrong lift When I returned to the reception after dragging all our luggage half way across the hotel she informed us with No Apology the lift we required was in the opposite direction
