Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood

We have been spending 4 nights every year for the past 6 years and we love it. We have been lucky enough to be assigned a suite every time as we like to gamble. Service is top notch, casino is fun, restaurants are amazing. I would recommend the Hard Rock to anyone who can spare some dollars for stay, fun and great food.

I had a great experience at my banquet event My banquet server Michael D Jackson was great. He was very attentive. He anticipated our needs and did everything with a smile.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Only the front desk promised a good discount if I will obtain a player's card. I comply for what was advised to me. At check out, they charged me 700plus dollars with tax 1 night. I complained and it seems they are not consistent of the answers I received. Only promises. Too much per night of $700+. I hope they will give me retroactive. The front desk after talking to their manager said, will be at least $300+ down, if I will ob tain a player's card. This was what I was told at check in.

I was overcharged by this hotel and never received any proper assistance. My reservation through Booking.com was $1,782.74, and that was the only amount I agreed to. When I arrived, the hotel charged $2,421.74, and the representative told me it was only a security deposit that would stay pending and later settle at the original $1,782.74. That was not true. Instead, they settled a charge of $2,121.74, without my consent and without any explanation. I contacted the hotel about this issue, but they were unhelpful, dismissive, and ultimately stopped replying to my messages. The customer service experience was extremely poor. This was a very disappointing and misleading experience. I would not recommend the Seminole Hard Rock Guitar Hotel to anyone expecting transparency or professionalism.
