Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood

Our stay is good but I think the service is lacking its 4 of us in the room.but they only provided for 2 person 2 small bottles of water and 2 robes the staff are nice and friendly though, we bought water at the food court and its 4$ per bottle. Lots of shops to walk around casino are open.24/7 it's fun a lot of things to do id your not a gambler, swimming pool everywhere the best part was the light show for 10mins at 9pm. Will come back again.

The property has enormous potential and the food and retail are genuinely world-class — restaurants and shops are first-class. But the hotel operation doesn’t match the price, and the service failed at nearly every touchpoint. I requested my car at valet and they forgot entirely — it only came after I escalated to a supervisor. The concierge was unreachable for a cabana, so I was pushed to a call center, held ~20 minutes, then offered a cabana on the “old pool” (their words) with zero sense of care or value. I called the spa and no one answered. On top of that, for a room near $1,000 a night the amenities feel like a property at a third of the price, and standard rooms don’t even have a bathtub — only a few suites do. The bones of this place are world-class; the management and guest service are not. Fix the service and the room value and this is a 5-star stay. Right now it isn’t.

Wife and I have never been there and after doing so will never come back! Wound up getting sick from eating lunch at the buffet food was grossly overcooked and lackluster. Then 2 hours later walked out with empty wallet from the slot machines taking it all we never won anything once! Unlike Vegas where they have rules hard Rock has zero payout regulations so all they do is take your money! Oh the hotel is beautiful walk around and look take pictures but don't open your wallet and don't eat this food unless you want to be sick.

This was our third time to the Hard Rock Guitar Hotel. I love the gambling and wife loves the pool and spa. Saw a show and had two great dinners, Itialian and steak house. Nice to just camp out for a few days and have everything onsite. Will go back again

This was my second stay at HRH Hollywood. First time went off without a hitch. The room I booked was the room I was given. Yes, it was comped. This visit booked the same type of room, also comped. When checking in, told that that room was not available, and given another type of room, a huge downgrade. I was told when booking a comped room, nothing is guaranteed. Then why show various types available when I booked? I looked at my online reservation, and it magically changed to the type of room I was being given. I had a picture of the original type of room I booked, but it fell on deaf ears. Said it is all explained in the fine print. So that started the trip off on a sour note. Enjoyed everything else, dinners were great, pool time was great, and came out ahead. Every trip I make to HrH Hollywood, I do really well, so I guess I can’t complain. I love the hotel and grounds, just did not like the fact that I felt like I got the shaft at check-in.
