Convenient Location in Kowloon - a good 5 Star-Hotel with Some Areas to Improve
The hotel is conveniently located in Kowloon. Our room was clean and tidy, and the check-in process was very efficient. The concierge staff were extremely helpful with our luggage and arranging Uber rides. The breakfast selection was excellent, and we really appreciated the artwork displayed throughout the hotel. The view from our room was also wonderful. What we liked less: The bar staff were not very service-oriented during each of our visits. In a five-star hotel, I would expect more attentiveness toward guests. The atmosphere in the breakfast restaurant felt quite hectic and impersonal due to the very large space. Some visual partitions between tables could make it more comfortable. The room décor feels dated and somewhat old-fashioned. Even in our premium room, this impression remained. There are too few elevators, and we frequently had to wait a long time.

Central to shopping, eating and transportation
I had a great experience during my stay and will definitely return to this hotel. The staff were welcoming, the room was comfortable, and everything ran smoothly. One small note: the hotel connects to a mall and the MTR, which can be a bit confusing when trying to find your way back to the lobby — especially for first-time guests. I got a little lost at first, but eventually realized that if you just follow the crowd, you’ll get there! Thank you for a pleasant and memorable stay.

Must stay in Cordis
My husband and I had the most memorable stay in Cordis. The hotel lives up to our expectations of a 5-star hotel with its prime location in the heart of Mongkok, friendly and welcoming staff, very clean room with bright lights, nice city view, comfortable bed. The Michelin star Ming Court offers Cantonese cuisine that is to die for. Our stay in Cordis is the highlight of our trip.

Typhoon Signal 10 in Cordis, Mongkok.
We found very safe and no boring, even we trapped in the Hotel for typhoon signal 10 was hoisted. The staff were all on duty and reported to their jobs. They had formed a very good and responsible team and organised very well.
