This is the second time we stay at this hotel. We decide we will stay here again next time we come. The check in and check out service at the club is very smooth and helpful.

Not a hotel for family
It was awful—I received several phone calls to my room at 11:30 PM, after the kids had already gone to sleep.

Wow. Can I please stay here again?
We absolutely loved our stay at the Cordis Hong Kong. We stayed for 8 nights with the included buffet breakfast (which was fantastic). The Cordis' location is very convenient. We arrived via plane at night and caught the MTR on the airport line and then transferred and departed at Mong Kok where we were able to go straight up to the hotel. We realised the next day that we had not even gone outside at all since arriving in Hong Kong! Everything is easy to get to from the Cordis whether walking locally or getting the MTR to a destination further afield. The hotel staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful. We had an issue with our mini bar fridge freezing things and that was remedies so quickly. The kids had a great time and loved the activity bag on arrival. There were many, many special little touches that made this an extra special stay. I would 100% stay here again. Oh, and the kids were sad to leave the Cordis even though our next stop was Disney HongKong! I think that sums up how much we all loved this hotel. PS there is a laundromat a very short walk from the hotel if you need that.

I stayed at Room 2215 Cordis HKG. Special praise for Yuki, Tine and FA at breakfast: their care extended well beyond typical waiting duties. They took the time to remember our preferences and shared thoughtful local tips, bringing a wonderful personal touch to our mornings. Their kindness made my stay feel uniquely welcoming. The special thanks also goes to the white chef at the soup table! Of course the whole team has made my breakfast experience genuinely one-of-a-kind.”
