Cordis, Hong Kong

Great location in the heart of Hong Kong. Excellent access to a vast array of shopping, meals and the subway. Definitely recommend and would return without hesitation. Definitely visit the breakfast buffet.

Best thing about Cordis Hong Kong is the easy access to Langham Plaza. It's pretty average otherwise. It's comfy enough, staff are friendly enough, it's clean enough. What I liked: nice room. Comfy bed. Great gym. Nice pool. (Not a recreation pool tho - it's for exercise, so don't plan on hanging out here drinking cocktails and soaking up some rays while enjoying a good book. Plus they don't have a licence so can't offer you alcohol anyway. What could be better: a ceiling light. Room is dark without it. I had to prepare items for conference, later I had to pack in the evening for travelling next day. Yeah, low light is nice for relaxing but sometimes we need to actually SEE. I didn't book club room so if I wanted to use the pool/gym I had to go down to the lobby, change lifts and go back up. Like a damn train station. I feel a bit uncomfortable going via the lobby in a robe (on the way to the pool). My room hadn't been properly cleaned prior to my arrival, there were crumbs and small rotten piece of fruit, dust on some surfaces and mold around the taps. Made me wonder what else was not cleaned. Though when I mentioned it, it was promptly sorted. Also, I'd asked for non-smoking. but my room stunk of smoke. I was offered another room, but was too tired for the extra hassle. Will not stay here again.

Have stayed at the Cordis on 3 separate occasions over the last few years. Always found the staff fantastic. Recommend getting a club room.

very good situated, near MTR station. staff super friendly and helpful. only Hairdryer needs improvement, as it was poor quality.

Service staff are very attentive even though they are busy. Room is clean and large. Club drinks is excellent and breakfast spread is great, especially with Western, Indian and Hong Kong choices.
