Awesome 5 star hotel for us family of 7. Service was excellent. Absolutely clean, comfortable , big modern room, generous yummy breakfast !!! Lots of choices . Very friendly manager and staff Eula. Especially asst mngr Vinod who went around checking on guests and even offering juices. Great service ! Thank you for the birthday gift . Even the cleaning staffs, the ground floor and reception staffs they are friendly and good. Location- in the heart of kowloon mongkok. Commute by mtr, bus, taxi are very convenient. Langham mall just adjacent. View from my room was nice. I would say this is a 5 star hotel with 5 star service. Love it. Will be back for sure

Stayed for 3 nights at the executive studio room number 3901. Very comfortable and spacious room. Prime location. Excellent food at the buffet breakfast, excellent services provided by Yuki and Roy. Highly recommended!

This is my second stay at Cordis! The last time I visited was for business, and this time I am here with my family. I booked two rooms, and they kindly arranged for them to be connecting in advance. I also had a package delivered to the hotel beforehand, and they managed to get it to my room as soon as I checked in. All the staff are incredibly friendly, including the housekeeping ladies. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet with my family, using my Amex credit card, and once again, their service and food were superb! The manager's warm hospitality made us feel very welcome. The food selection is excellent, featuring a mix of Western, halal, and Chinese/Hong Kong cuisine. great value!! The location of the hotel is fantastic! I stayed during a heavy rainstorm, and being connected to the mall was perfect. The mall offers everything you need: food, shopping, a supermarket, and access to the MTR. It made life so much easier, even in bad weather. I give it 5 stars!

The rooms are dated and have a damp smell. The shower curtain is not hygienic and there is mould on the walls of the toilet.

This is our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. And again, they have outdone themselves. The staff are always courteous and professional. Our family- 2 bedroom is perfectly spacious with 2 separate toilets, which comes in handy for a family of 4 (2 teens and 2 adults) from the US. The housekeeping staff on our 37th floor were extremely accommodating with daily check-ins and ensuring our rooms are cleaned and stocked. My husband especially love the gym with well maintained and sanitized equipment. The most important fact is that I came back again this year and brought my family because of its centralized location. It is connected to the Langham Plaza (mall), which is also connected to the Mong Kong stop of the MTR (underground subway). This is soooo important when we are in the middle of a surprise rainy and hot summer season. We had at least 2 Black Rain Warnings in the 2 weeks we were there! As for Cordis' restaurants, we went to both the Place and the Ming's Court. The Place had amazing breakfast and dinner buffets with a wide variety of eastern and western food selections on a daily basis. All food selections were fresh, clean and well made. Again, the chefs and staff are all accommodating and extremely helpful. We love that Vinod (I believe he's the restaurant manager) will come by each table to engage in conversation and meet and greet the guests. We also went to Ming's Court for dim sum. Even though it is a bit on the pricier side, the service was immaculate. We ordered their famous BBQ pork, which was soooo juicy and flavorful, that we had 2 plates! All other dim sum we ordered seemed very intricately prepared and cooked to perfection. The Alibi bar had a cozy and easy atmosphere, and had a fully stocked bar. Yes, I was there almost every night for our 2 weeks stay :). In general, I wished I kept this hotel a secret a bit longer because I noticed there's more guests than in 2023. Yes, there's a bit more hallway noise than before; however, I do not believe it's in the control of Cordis. I would definitely come back again in the future!!!!
