Conbenient
Convenient for strolling around town and Viking food is also abundant. The bed was comfortable and the view was nice, so I was able to relax.

14 nights and we felt like home here
We love this room and every staffs we met at the hotel, they are caring their guest and understand how important to ask us if we need help at every aspects, the club lounge staffs are excellent. We will definitely stay again at this hotel and the very same room.

Unwelcoming checkin agent
I have been a loyal guest to the Cordis for more than 15 years, now a Sapphire level member. At checkin the agent was totally unwelcoming, no recognition of status benefits, when asked about it, he seemed annoyed. Very disappointing. The Cordis staff, from Club level on down, used to be friendly, welcoming and for returning guests, used to greet the guests by name. No more. No wonder the ranking on tripadvisor has dropped from near top 10 to #62. I have stayed at the Cordis fir overc15 years, and I have seen the changes , and it is not for the better!
