Cordis, Hong Kong

We always stay in Cordis Hotel when we visit HK. The hotel is conveniently located in Mong Kok with all the excellent restaurants and shops around it. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. What makes this hotel stand out is its staff. Everyone on staff is always professional, attentive and efficient. Tommy and Jocelyn in the lounge are always helpful and friendly. Donald, Max and Morrison in lobby are always friendly and efficient with our luggage and transportation. Seeing each of them is like seeing our dear friend every time. We are always grateful for their hospitality.

Good experience, me and my family will consider to look forward again at this place if there is chance in the future.

Our recent stay at Cordis Hotel Hong Kong was exceptional. The property enjoys a highly convenient location, with direct access to the adjoining shopping mall and only a short walk to the MTR station, making travel around the city extremely convenient. The overall service standard throughout the hotel was impressive. Staff members were professional, courteous, and consistently helpful. We especially appreciated the concierge team for their efficient assistance in arranging a last-minute parcel delivery to Singapore. We would like to extend special recognition to Mr. Vinod Vaman Shelar from The Place, the hotel’s breakfast restaurant. His warm, friendly, and attentive hospitality greatly enhanced our stay. He remembered our names and dietary requirements and thoughtfully arranged halal and vegetarian dishes for us, including specially prepared fried rice. His genuine care and professionalism left a lasting impression. The breakfast selection itself was excellent—well presented, diverse, and consistently of high quality. The culinary team, including the chef, delivered an outstanding spread each morning, ensuring a satisfying and enjoyable start to our day. Overall, Cordis Hotel Hong Kong exceeded our expectations in both service and quality. We would highly recommend this property to travellers seeking a comfortable, well-managed, and welcoming stay.

Service staff are great especially the housekeeping who kept our toiletries all neatly arranged each day on a towel. Room size was good with great air conditioning and the air filter machine quiet. The Nespresso machine gave it a great touch though we forgot to pack our own range of capsules. The bed was comfortable and we were pleased with the mattress though my wife found the pillows too soft. Guess she missed her Tempur pillow. The view from the room was great The staff manning the Cordis Service line were attentive and responded quickly to our feedback Location of the property is awesome as the bridge to the Langham Place is fabulous. MTR nearby and also one of the 5 remaining markets is just a street away.

I recently attended the 6:00 PM wine tasting event at Ming Wine Cellar and had a truly fantastic experience! Our Sommelier for the evening was Alan, and he was absolutely excellent. He was incredibly professional and passionate, giving a genuine and enthusiastic recommendation for every wine we tasted. What impressed me the most was his thoughtful selection of wines—each one was unique and very interesting. Alan took the time to passionately share the tasting notes and background stories for all the featured wines, making the entire event both educational and highly enjoyable. I sincerely hope the cellar continues to host these wonderful tasting events. I will definitely be back for more in the future!
