Brothers and sister visit to HK
We arrived to HK for 3 days. I stayed at the Cordis before but for my siblings it was the first time and they all like it too. Excellent guest rooms, stuff, pool and location. Definitely will come back.

Excellent hotel
The staff are incredibly friendly. I stay here every year on my anniversary. I love the rooftop pool. This is my go-to place in Hong Kong. I love the cocktail hour in the lounge and the view. The staff are incredibly friendly. I'll definitely come back. Thank you.

This is my first time travel in Hong Kong,before my trip,I am afraid I can’t speak to the reception because of my poor Cantonese,but luckily,we talk by mandarin.I am truly touched by their service.It become one of my best experiences in Hong kong. Excellent Customer Service
We have been travelling Asia a lot and staying at a number of HK hotels in the past 4 years. Cordis is definitely one of our favourite, thus we had been staying there for a few times. It always maintains a high standard of hospitality from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Breakfast is excellent and provides local nostalgic food. Mr Vinod Shepard is friendly and takes care of customers during breakfast time. The service provided at the Club Lounge by Yosie and Toby is excellent and make you feel like at home. Cordis is also value for money. I would highly recommend it.

Exceptional Customer experience
A very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rates were reasonable. The location was perfect literally 5 mins from the MTR and shops and restaurants which opened till late were close by Rooms were clean and spacious. Only complaint was a bit dark Staff was polite and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel so much. The choice of food available was good and staff helpful, could not do enough for us. Vinod the manager was fantastic, always cheerful helpful and chatty and funny too This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I recommended this hotel to my family and they all loved it
