Best Hong Kong trip ever!
First 2 nights we stayed at Shangri La and it was decent but 3rd day we moved to Cordis in Mongkok and it was the best decision we made in this trip, the 4 day we stayed were exptremely satisfied. The room, amenities, services, and perks all made our stay experience memorable. There is no minus in anything aspect. Looking to come back next year!

It was great catching with friends and family at Alibi and we really enjoyed the drinks and service from the staff mentioning Alax Rocky Aaron Thomas Jennifer Billy bar manager Thank you everyone for the great time and best drinks

First Time Staying... Will Definitely Come Back!
Cordis is strategically located in the heart of Mong Kok and is directly connected to the Langham Place mall. This was our main consideration when we booked the hotel, who would have thought that we'd actually ended up enjoying the hotel more than than the neighborhood? The hotel and amenities were already very good, but the entire experience was made even better by Miss Babylyn Magramo who was our first point contact when we checked in, which for us set the tone and expectations for the hotel staff. This is a big deal for us. The hotel may be the best in the industry but if we didn't like the service, we're never coming back... but with Cordis... we never wanted to leave! Everyone was so amazing! I don't remember all of them, but everyone was so accommodating, professional, and genuine.

There is big room for improvement for the service provided by the front counter. As a traveler, we would to have helpful assistance which is easy access by your staff. Waitress in the restaurant is inexperience in resolving the issue of spiled food onto guest's clothing

A delightful stay at the Cordis!
A very centrally and convenient location of the hotel where everything is only a finger tip away. We had a family reunion with members from 4 continents staying at the hotel as a home away from home. We love the service and people in the hotel. The Swimming Pool and Health Club are a must to visit. The breakfast at The Place is a great place to start our day. Eula in the coffee shop is wonderful and kind.
