Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

We had a fantastic 4 days in Hong Kong and this hotel is simply superb. I had forgot a piece of luggage in the station and Mr Simon Chung did an amazing job in finding my bag and returning it to me, such a great member of staff. Thank you

This is the third time I have stayed at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong in 2025, and once again, the experience was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Yanny at the front desk, who greeted me with a sincere “welcome back” that truly made me feel at home. I had reserved an Executive Room with lounge access, and I was delighted to be upgraded to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise. Everything throughout the stay was excellent, from the room to the service. During the first few days, I unfortunately felt unwell. I am deeply grateful to the Four Seasons team for their thoughtful care, arranging suitable meals such as congee and gentle food tailored to my condition. Thanks to their attentiveness, I recovered very quickly. Every day also came with a warm amenity or thoughtful surprise, which added an extra personal touch and made the stay even more memorable. My special thanks to Dennis and Jessica from the Executive Lounge for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out. Once again, the Four Seasons Hong Kong exceeded all expectations. It’s not just a hotel, but a place that makes guests feel genuinely cared for. I look forward to returning very soon.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Four Seasons Hong Kong over last Christmas, and I cannot thank the team enough for helping me pull off the perfect surprise proposal! From the moment I reached out, their staff went above and beyond to make the moment magical. The decoration package was romantic, elegant, and exactly as I envisioned. A huge thank you to Dennis Wong (Executive Club Manager), who coordinated every detail with precision and genuine care. He even arranged a congratulatory gift (a framed photo of the proposal moment!) which brought us to tears. As a cherry on top, we were upgraded to a suite complimentary, making our celebration even more special. The attention to detail, from the ambiance to the staff’s discreet yet warm support, truly reflects the Four Seasons’ legendary hospitality. If you’re planning a milestone moment—or simply want a flawless luxury stay—this hotel delivers. We’ll cherish this memory forever and can’t wait to return!

What a festive time it is to stay at four seasons hk during the Xmas season. The decorations are spectacular and the Christmas caroling daily at noontime brings us so much joy and cheer. The service again by four seasons is always superb. I took a photo with each of the staff as I was truly touched and awed by their efficiency and courtesy. Hats off to James for bringing me my luggage personally at AirPort Express, to our dearest Glory for handling our countless restaurant reservations and for preparing a Xmas treat for my two rooms of our favorite SAICHO SPARKLING TEA, for Vivian the assistant director of rooms for greeting me everyday and for asking me if I had any requests or needs, and of course to Simon of concierge for greeting me as I arrive daily to help me with my shopping and to Ryan and Basanta who smoothly handle my many luggage. I love this hotel very much. There is no other like it. It is in a class of its own.
