I celebrated my hubby birthday for staycation in Four seasons Hong Kong. Overall, they weren't as attentive as they were during the covid pandemic. Maybe there were too many guests in this stay. I reminded the staffs twice that there has kid during the stay. but they didn't prepare any children products like Children’s slippers and toothbrush during my whole staycation. The beds were probably a bit unhygienic, and I had eye inflammation on next morning. The hotel provides either set menu in the Lounge or buffet breakfast in Argo, but it was unexpected that there were too many guests and they had to wait around 15-20 minutes before get a table.

The ONLY place to stay in Hong Kong! Haven't been to Hong Kong since 1986 when I was just a teenager and I wanted to make the first experience back with my husband and adult son's the most memorable. I did a lot of research on hotel's across many platforms and decided Four Season's is the one! It exceeded it's Four Season standard of "The Golden Rule!" My husband and I have traveled around the world and have been fortunate to stay in many of the FS properties including the Serengeti, Cairo, Seoul, Sydney, Buenos Aires, as well as a handful in the USA. Let me say, Hong Kong is exceptional! It started with a warm welcome from Ken Lam and Kristy at the front desk. From there, every department from the doorman, to housekeeping, concierge, as well as the service at Argo, and Lung King Heen was not only professional, but done with courtesy, efficiency, upbeat positiveness with a smile! The rooms are beautiful, modern and clean and turn-down service was on point. The location is conveniently located to the Ferry as well as the subway system. We were able to walk through the mall and connect to Soho and Central easily and eat at many local restaurants. Out of curiosity, I visited Mandarin Oriental, Rosewood, Peninsula and Regent and hands-down...Four Season's atmosphere and people felt great - it was our haven after venturing out for the day. A BIG shout out to the Four Season's Team especially to the Guest Service/Concierge team of: Ken Lam, Kristy, Shirley, Glory. Argo Restaurant: Joe, Carrie, Adam and staff. Matthew, James, Arthur - bellhop, and Christopher and Johnson at the airport. Thank you everyone for all the behind scenes of running this hotel. We'll be back!

Best hotel in the city hands down. Luis Pinho (Hotel Manager) and team provide top notch service and pay attention to every detail, ensuring an extremely comfortable and enjoyable me stay. We stayed as a family with a young daughter (5 years old) and they always do their best to cater to her needs and make it a fun filled visit which is appreciated. BEST HOTEL IN THE CITY!

We had the most incredible stay at Four Seasons Hong Kong! Our 7 days could not have been more perfect and this was mainly due to the wonderful people there. The Executive Club Team are truly amazing, always friendly, helpful and professional. Special mention must go to Elise, Christine, Anthony, Connie, Christina, Ryan and Osman. This dream team provided some really lovely surprises such as a beautifully decorated macaroon with Prosecco to celebrate my Son’s 21st Birthday, a delightful handwritten card highlighting our experience watching the football team we support and other very thoughtful treats. Another huge surprise from the Executive Club was when, upon our arrival at the airport for our sad departure, we were greeted by Christopher and Johnson from the Airport Team who very kindly helped us through check-in and took us right up to the security area. The Housekeeping Team is also second to none. They do an immaculate job each and every day, well twice a day! The property itself is superb, in a great location with impressive amenities. Our Executive Harbour View room was fabulous with everything we could possibly need. A visit to the lovely Spa is an ideal way to relax after a busy day exploring HK. The pools are great with inspiring views of the harbour and Central. The car shuttle service to and from the AirPort Express is another excellent service offered by the hotel. If you are finding it difficult to choose where to stay in HK, take the pressure off and just book the Four Seasons, you won’t regret it. A heartfelt thank you to the special people we met at Four Seasons Hong Kong as this was simply the best holiday of our lives! Cara & Joel.

We stayed there over the weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday, wanted to relax and enjoy the evening without rushing back home after our dinner celebration at its renowned restaurant NOI on 5/F. Not our first time staying in this hotel, and we truly appreciated that our room had been upgraded to a suite. Facing the beautiful Victoria Harbour, the suite was spacious and the interior decor was modern and, most important of all, clean and dust free. (It is amazing that the suite was highly maintained and hardly saw any wear and tear) I like that the hotel provides different pillow options, ensuring we would have a good night sleep even we were away from home. The non-alcoholic drinks and snacks in the mini bar are complimentary, and we also got a complimentary bottle of sparking wine and birthday cake and fruits, which was another bonus. Our dinner at NOI by Paulo Airaudo, the two Michelin star Italian omakase, was remarkable. We booked this restaurant two weeks in advance, and we had the signature menu with 10+ dishes. Highly recommend the wine pairing, the sommelier is very attentive and introduced us with some Italian wines from different regions. We went to Argo for a late night drink after. Nice ambience and lots of cocktails to choose from. Ordered in-room breakfast, and it was one of the best in-room dim sum breakfast in town. For travellers looking for a luxury hotel where they could ‘sleep well, eat well’, Four Seasons is definitely the perfect destination.
