Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

I had high expectations for this hotel and it still exceeded them by a significant margin. The Executive King room was spacious and had a great view of the bay and Kowloon. Service was consistently excellent. Concierge and front desk were extremely helpful and you never had to wait for someone to help you. We had access to the Executive Lounge which was tremendous - both in terms of food and service. Marcus was a great server - professional and friendly. Kelley and Jessica work the front desk of the Executive Lounge and helped us with a variety of issues, Both were top notch. Highly recommended.

One of the very best Four Seasons experiences we have had. From the moment we landed in Hong Kong to our airport drop-off at the end of our stay, everything was seamless, thoughtful and incredibly well organised. A special thank you to Linda, Eli and Raymond from Guest Experience; Florence and Wing from Concierge, who went above and beyond with our transfers and the extensive planning of our day trip to Shenzhen; Bernard at Lung King Heen; Andy and Raf at ARGO; Tony, our driver; and Christopher for his wonderful assistance at the airport. These are simply the names I remember, but every single person we encountered throughout our stay was exceptional. It was my brother’s first trip to Asia, and the team made the entire experience truly memorable for both of us. We cannot wait to return.

This hotel is literally one of the best hotels in the world. Everybody bends over backwards to do what they can for you. The facilities in the relaxation area which is steam room, sauna, a huge spa area and an area where you can just lie down and have snacks is unbelievable. The enormous pool area has two different pools, both which play music underneath the water, a spa, and a cold plunge all surrounded by a lovely bar area. You get served complimentary snacks and the view is outstanding right on the harbour if anything the only thing that I would recommend is that you make sure to pay for a Harbour view. It is totally worth it. And also they have three croissants and coffee downstairs in the lobby until 9 am. I think or maybe 8 am. You can also easily travel from the airport on the airport express and their lovely complimentary car service will be there with a car waiting for you. I’ve been at The Four Seasons now many many times in Hong Kong Kong and it just never disappoints.

I stayed at the hotel with three colleagues in a room with Executive Lounge access. One of my colleagues was celebrating his birthday around the time of our stay, and we were deeply touched by the wonderful hospitality shown by the entire team. Not only did so many members of the staff take the time to personally wish him a happy birthday, but they also kindly took photographs for us and presented us with them as a wonderful keepsake. It was truly an exceptional experience—far beyond anything we could have expected—and we were genuinely moved by the warmth and thoughtfulness of the entire team. We will absolutely return in the future. We cannot thank the hotel staff enough for making our stay so memorable. In particular, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Manager Dennis Wong. Dennis, thank you very much for everything you did for us. Your kindness and attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable.

The Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong continues to set the standard for luxury, but it is the exceptional staff who make it truly unforgettable. The pool area is already incredible, but Nina single-handedly elevated the entire experience. Her radiant energy encouraged everyone to fully enjoy the deck, and she went out of her way to help us—and many other guests—capture absolutely beautiful photographs.Guest Experience Manager ELI also went completely above and beyond, ensuring our stay was deeply memorable. Finally, ARGO remains our absolute favorite bar in Hong Kong; visiting is always a special treat, and the innovative drink menu this time was completely off the charts. Exceptional service all around.
