Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

I stayed at the hotel with three colleagues in a room with Executive Lounge access. One of my colleagues was celebrating his birthday around the time of our stay, and we were deeply touched by the wonderful hospitality shown by the entire team. Not only did so many members of the staff take the time to personally wish him a happy birthday, but they also kindly took photographs for us and presented us with them as a wonderful keepsake. It was truly an exceptional experience—far beyond anything we could have expected—and we were genuinely moved by the warmth and thoughtfulness of the entire team. We will absolutely return in the future. We cannot thank the hotel staff enough for making our stay so memorable. In particular, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Manager Dennis Wong. Dennis, thank you very much for everything you did for us. Your kindness and attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable.

The Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong continues to set the standard for luxury, but it is the exceptional staff who make it truly unforgettable. The pool area is already incredible, but Nina single-handedly elevated the entire experience. Her radiant energy encouraged everyone to fully enjoy the deck, and she went out of her way to help us—and many other guests—capture absolutely beautiful photographs.Guest Experience Manager ELI also went completely above and beyond, ensuring our stay was deeply memorable. Finally, ARGO remains our absolute favorite bar in Hong Kong; visiting is always a special treat, and the innovative drink menu this time was completely off the charts. Exceptional service all around.

This is an amazing property in terms of the rooms the location and the service. The best service I’ve had in hotel in a long time I want to especially mention how Jason one on the front desk managers went way out of his way to be great he even sent me a welcome letter to me at my next hotel in Shanghai. Also, Florence at the concierge desk was so helpful. Highly, highly recommend.

They gave us a wonderful room with a view of the harbour and a welcome cake in the lobby, making our birthday stay unforgettable. Many thanks to Joe from the Lounge, who is incredibly helpful and nice, and Ms. Annabelle, who was very helpful at my check-in.
