Great stay. Maria exceptional on arrival and as we were new visitors to Hong Kong she gave us a list of local sites to visit using public transport. Fantastic views from room.

Her attention to detail, cheerful attitude, and willingness to help—even after a long flight—were unforgettable. Lovely hotel. It exceeded my expectations as I had booked last minute with little knowledge of Hong Kong and was travelling solo. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast was not included for my booking, but I did pay additional on one morning - plenty of options and not busy at all. It was very humid, so I was grateful for the pool every day to cool off. There is also a gym and you can book a massage too. I was surprised and delighted by the rooftop view! Hadn’t seen anything about that when booking - it’s a must do at sunset 🌅 Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Maria went above & beyond. Location is not walking distance from the main hubs, but the train and bus network is just a couple of blocks away, so it was very convenient. I hope to return one day. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Maria at the front desk was absolutely lovely and helpful. Even giving us tips on where to go around HK and general tips and pointers to get around. She even told us the best way to get back to airport at the end of our trip and amazing views. What I found really amazing is she did a little cheat sheet for us to get around. Really passionate and dedicated. We felt really taken care of during our trip. Would highly recommend this hotel.
