Lovely Hotel
Lovely hotel. Staff are excellent, especially the lovely MARIA on Reception! Only negatives are - waiting for lifts and very cold dining room

Fantastic
The hotel staff are exceptionally, especially Maria on reception, she was so helpful, giving us so much local information. The food was fantastic, the rooms are pleasant. The location is very central to all key transport and sites. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic views and wonderful service
Harbour Grand Hong Kong is a stunning place to stay. We arrived very early in the morning and the staff were very attentive and helpful, holding our luggage and allowing us to access the Club (with an amazing view over the harbour) while we waited for our room. The lovely Gigi arranged for us to access our room well before normal check in time which was very much appreciated.

Amazing hotel with breath taking views
We loved our stay here. We stayed in the Club rooms which gave us access to the wonderful club room where we watched the sunset every night with a glass of Prosecco! All the staff were wonderful but Jojo went above and beyond for us. We had a late flight home and she allowed us access to our room until 6pm which made a huge difference. The restaurant is a real treat, dinner was amazing and the breakfast was one of the best ever all with a breath taking view of the harbour. This would be my choice of hotel every time I come to HK so I look forward to my next visit.
