Harbour Grand Hong Kong

Thanks Jojo for letting us with late checkout.You have been very kind.We were also treated with tea and snacks which was a wonderful touch.

This was a wonderful hotel very central for tourist attractions and local transport options. Rooms were large, spotless and what a view we had. All the staff were efficient, friendly, helpful. Food was fabulous and plentyful. Maria was particularly helpful with her knowledge of things to do. She had made her own "crib" sheet and circled places on maps. All was so easy to follow and we did so much within our 2 night stay because of this. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we hope to be back for a longer visit.

Six friends went to the harbour grand for two nights and we were greeted by Maria who had an itinerary ready for us for places to go and sights to see which made it easy for us to get around. We were upgraded rooms which were fabulous and made our trip so much more special. Hotel facilities were wonderful and the hotel is in a perfect location for buses trains trams and importantly a straight bus route to the airport! Maria made our stay all the more special with her personalised service and knowledge.

Our first experience as we entered the Harbor Grand was the beauty of the property’s interior. We checked in with Maria, she was such a delight. After a long red eye flight she was a breath of fresh air. She spoke to us in detail about our benefits with our stay. She also reviewed the local map. She showed us local dining spots, how the transportation system works, and the best times to visit. I wish every check in experience could mirror the one Maria provided.

We recently stayed in Harbour Grand. What can I say but it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel was beautiful, staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is situated literally 5 mins from trams and buses. Best thing about Harbour Grand is Maria. She was an absolute gem, she spent time with us and helped us plan our few days in Hong Kong. Without her expert advice we would never have been able to see all the sights we seen. She gave us detailed paperwork of all the best sights, not only the best sights but what bus/underground line to take. Maria was a life saver for us.
