We had a wonderful stay at The Harbor Grand Hong Kong Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy. Our luggage was handled right from the taxi and we didn’t have to touch it again until we reached our room. Maria at the front desk was so attentive and gracious. She made sure all the details for our tour the next day were taken care of, which we really appreciated after a long day. She also surprised us with a harbour view upgrade. We were exhausted, and her extra attention to detail made our stay even more memorable!

Par excellence!
We stayed for a week at this wonderful hotel and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Rooms are cleaned daily to a good standard and staff are courteous and helpful everywhere. The concierge team is however par excellence providing a quick and superb service at all times. On my checkout, I had left an important bag in the airport taxi arranged by them but they were able to return it to me well before my flight. I’m so amazed by their service and can’t thank them enough. Thank you Roy and your colleagues! My thanks to your taxi driver too! Eternally grateful.

Such a grand entrance hall! Staff were very friendly and professional. The room was spacious with a beautiful view. and clean. Breakfast buffet was amazing, so international. Great value for money! Stunning hotel!!!! Location is excellent, very nice breakfast catering for all needs with a stunning harbour view, complementary drinks and a decent bar to wind down in and watch the light show. If your lucky enough to meet Candy on reception say hello. All hotels need someone like this to make every body feel special and valued.

Maria at the front desk was amazing! Super friendly who went above and beyond, even mapping out routes with all the stops for places to visit. It felt like having our own tour guide. Maria recommended local restaurants to eat and was always there to offering advise and suggestions to make our visit extra special.
