Harbour Grand Hong Kong

Enjoyed our 5 nights at the hotel staying in the club room on the 37th Floor. Our room had harbour views and access to the roof top viewing platform. The staff were very helpful however we would like to offer a special thank you to Maria on the check in desk, the detailed travel information that she provided us on day one certainly made our exploration of the island a lot easier. Hotel is clean and the Fortress Hill metro station is only a 5 minute walk, we would certainly stay at the hotel when we next visit Hong Kong.

The room is clean, nice location and convenient with underground nearby, nice service by Hubert, complete facilities

After carefully considering many hotels with three female friends, we booked an upgraded reservation at the Grand Harbour Hotel with a Club Lounge rate. We checked in with staff member Gigi at the Club Lounge on the 41st floor of Warner, and I was deeply impressed by how kind and detailed Gigi was. During our two-night stay, she greeted us like family every time we met and checked to make sure we were comfortable, making us feel as cozy as if we were at home. To the hotel manager, it is a blessing to have a staff member like Gigi. I highly recommend the Grand Harbour Hotel.

Everything was perfect! The rooms were beautiful, the beds were very comfortable, and the harbour view from our room was absolutely stunning. Gigi and Jerry were wonderful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Since I had a late flight, they kindly offered to let me stay in the room until 5:00 PM at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. I honestly have nothing negative to say everything was excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend Harbor Grand Hong Kong without hesitation. An amazing stay !!

I had a wonderful stay, largely thanks to Hubert at the front desk. He was incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I checked in. He went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, offering helpful local recommendations and handling my requests with genuine care and efficiency. His warm personality and outstanding service truly made my experience memorable. Highly recommend this hotel, and a big thank you to Hubert for making me feel so well taken care of!
