Harbour Grand Hong Kong

Wonderful hotel, with good facilities and an excellent view of the harbour from the roof top. Special praise for Maria in reception who welcomed us on check-in and gave some excellent tips for our short stay in Hong Kong.

Room was large and the entire hotel was very ambient! The staff were very helpful. I would particularly like to mention about the front desk lady ‘Maria’ who was very kind in providing me the route map and helping me with an early check-in. I was really tired after travelling all the way from Lantau island with so much luggage and she just made it 10x easier for me. She also offered me a self-curated itinerary which helped me cover some places that weren’t on my itinerary! Overall, had an exceptional experience at the hotel and would love to recommend it to my friends and family! Hope to come back soon sometime! :)

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I checked in with Gigi, and she was very professional—she gave me a warm welcome and thoughtfully introduced the surrounding area as well as the hotel facilities. You can tell the hotel has been around for many years, but it’s well maintained. I slept really well and woke up to a stunning view of Victoria Harbour and Central. They also have a rooftop area exclusively for hotel guests, offering an amazing Hong Kong skyline view. I would definitely come back. The only thing worth mentioning is that the A/C can be a bit too cold.

I had a great experience in the hotel. Maria, the front desk staff who assisted me, gave a kind and warm welcome. She gave helpful recommendations to explore the city. The room was clean and had a gorgeous view of the harbour.

From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and the bed truly wonderful. We have so enjoyed our visit and would like to thank Maria on reception for taking such care of us. Thank you Grand Harbour.
