Overpriced Hotel
Spent my birthday here, the room was average for the pricing they charge. Locationwise, it is good as it is close to the MTR and food places and convenient stores. What I found very very very disappointing is the massage I booked on my actual birthday. It was very overpriced! The massage room was not even a proper hotel massage place but rather one whole floor of the hotel and the rooms are converted to cheap style massage rooms you can find outside. The smell of the room also smelled like sewerage system and the charge for the 1 hr massage is SGD 173! This is very disapponting given the repution of this hotel and the price they charge for the guests.

2nd is magical
We had a wonderful stay once again! This was our second visit, and we absolutely loved Maria's hospitality. She made our experience even more enjoyable. One suggestion we have is to consider varying the breakfast buffet options a bit. It would be great to see some different food choices on our next visit! Overall, we can't wait to come back! The location is good with nearby restaurants, groceries, shops and most importantly the MTR.

Two trainees: Stribon and Emma offered really huge help on my check in process, they are kind and have really good serving attitude, doing the check in procedure smoothly. I wanna give them a huge credit

Well located and beautiful hotel in HK
Nice hotel. Room with view was nice. Rooftop bar amazing. Pool too. Staff was very friendly. From the checkin with Stribor to the Checkout with Tamy. Concierge Team also helpful.
