From check-in to check out, our experience has been amazing. Maria (front desk) gave us the travel tips we needed. She curated it herself and it was very helpful. They also made mt husband's birthday special by gifting us a bottle of wine. Also, our room has one of the best view. We love our experience so much. Will definitely recommend to our friends.

We had a wonderful experience during our visit in early September. The reception staff member Queenie was truly outstanding. She was respectful and attentive and made me feel very welcome. Her professionalism and warm attitude really stood out and made a big difference to my experience. The hotel is located in an excellent location by Victoria Harbour! The room was surprisingly spacious and very reasonably priced. 酒店位置绝佳，就在维港边，房间面积大，价格合理。门童和前台人员服务热情周到，让人感觉宾至如归。强烈推荐！负责接待我们的是Queenie，给我们升了房间还送了小熊猫，服务很贴心友好细致！ We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great hospitality.

Fantastic room on 39 floor with views to take your breath away. Added bonus having Alma look after us when partaking of afternoon tea and cocktail hour. These were part of our package and were a welcome addition Don't forget to go on roof top at dusk to catch the most stunning views. Great breakfast choices. Loved the circular bath tub. Iron and ironing board were also provided.

We had a great time at the hotel! Special thanks to Maria who helped us with check in. She is truly amazing! Got us a great room, gave all the info about the city and answered all the questions we had. It was a lovely start of the vacation! Thanks again!
