Harbour Grand Hong Kong

We stayed from the 27/03/26 to the 06/03/26 . From the moment we stepped out of the taxi to the moment we stepped back in we could not find fault with the hotel. On arriving we were directed to the Harbour club reception on the 41st floor and had a very helpful lady who checked us in and directed us in to the club lounge for afternoon tea. Our room was spotlessly clean had everything we would need . Robes, sleepers , toiletries etc. The bed and linen were comfortable and changed regularly, the view wow! We had a view of both ways of the harbour it was fantastic. The breakfast was included and well worth it if you have to pay for it had lots of choice (Even for a picky eater like me 😂) continental, hot food etc. The afternoon tea was lovely too with lots of choice and drinks to have. In the evening the snacks were substantial with hot and cold offerings and lots of wine beer cocktails and soft drinks to have. A special shout out to Alma whose service was excellent and I think she went well above and beyond with everything! We found this hotel absolutely great it’s in a great area to get around both the island and Kowloon being only a 5 min walk to the MRT and the same to get on a ding ding. We loved it and will be back and can’t recommend it enough! 😀

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Harbour. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional and truly made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful everything felt well looked after and inviting. What stood out the most was the head chef in the club lounge each morning. Thank you for always going above and beyond for our kids your thoughtful surprise treats every day had them so excited! The pastries were phenomenal, and your kindness made our experience even more special. All the staff were beautiful, helpful, and made us feel right at home. It’s this level of care that will keep us coming back. Thank you again to the entire team at Grand Harbourwe can’t wait to return.

Location was great, especially for utilising public transport. The atmosphere was grand, but slightly dated. The Club Lounge was a disappointment with the food and drinks, but breakfast was great, both via the Club Lounge and also in the main dinning room. BUT, the best surprise was Maria when we checked in! She gave a personally, pre-prepared list of places to go, how the ger there, which exits from the train station to take, etc. I have never seen anything like this before, it was absolutely phenomenal! And bonus, she asked when our flight was, which was very late in the day and she gave us a 6pm check out, which made a massive difference to our stay!

I went for my birthday, Maria treated us very well, she upgraded our room at no cost and the hotel offered us a bottle of wine. I spent the staying with mis kids, the hotel is amazing (the only thing that is missing is a kids play area)

Excellent, harbour front hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Special mention for Maria at reception, she is your contact for information regarding tours, places to see. Food in restaurants is superb and reasonably priced.
