Harbour Grand Hong Kong

Stayed for 3 nights and had an upgraded room on the 39 th floor with stunning views. The room was lovely and very a comfortable bed. Bathroom and shower was great and very modern. Breakfast was fantastic and the restaurant was beautiful on the 41st floor with the best views. The high tea and free cocktails were a bonus which came with the upgraded room. Staff very friendly. Loved Hongkong.

The Harbour Grand Hotel ( on the Hong Kong side) was suggested as part of a two night stopover from our Australia to Heathrow flights. Although we’ve stayed in HK on previous stopovers, this hotel came as a very pleasant surprise. We’d been allocated a standard room, but asked about other room options. Thankfully while speaking with ‘Maria’ at the reception desk, she explained that other ‘better’ options were available. It cost an extra £104 for two nights, BUT, apart from a better room with a fantastic view, we had exclusive access to ‘the lounge’ on the 41 floor, with FREE cocktails & canapés from 6pm - 8pm, & excellent breakfasts included, again with superb views & service. All in all, this was an excellent hotel. A big thanks to Maria, who was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional, & went to great lengths to explain just about all we needed to know about the hotel & Hong Kong for our short stay.

We had a wonderful stay at The Harbor Grand Hong Kong Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy. Our luggage was handled right from the taxi and we didn’t have to touch it again until we reached our room. Maria at the front desk was so attentive and gracious. She made sure all the details for our tour the next day were taken care of, which we really appreciated after a long day. She also surprised us with a harbour view upgrade. We were exhausted, and her extra attention to detail made our stay even more memorable!

We stayed for a week at this wonderful hotel and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Rooms are cleaned daily to a good standard and staff are courteous and helpful everywhere. The concierge team is however par excellence providing a quick and superb service at all times. On my checkout, I had left an important bag in the airport taxi arranged by them but they were able to return it to me well before my flight. I’m so amazed by their service and can’t thank them enough. Thank you Roy and your colleagues! My thanks to your taxi driver too! Eternally grateful.

Such a grand entrance hall! Staff were very friendly and professional. The room was spacious with a beautiful view. and clean. Breakfast buffet was amazing, so international. Great value for money!
