InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong

My wife and I just returned from a long trip to China and Taiwan with several nights in Hong Kong at the Intercontinental Grand Stanford. The rooms were great overlooking the harbour and Hong Kong Island, large clean and well appointed. I would like to call out Jason and Kandy at the front desk for making our check in/out smooth and easy. Both were very professional and full of knowledge of the local area. Another shout out goes to Mr. John Cheung and the team in the restaurant for breakfast for several morning. I became fond of the milk tea each morning and would mention to Mr. Cheung how good it was and also how great the food and staff were each morning. On our last day Mr. Cheung came to our family table and presented me with the Black&White cup and saucer used to serve the milk tea. I was blown away at this level of service. Mr. Cheung is a true leader as the Assistant Head Waiter. Other notables at this location is location and proximity to many dining and shopping options. We will definitely be back for a stay when in Hong Kong.

Had a craving for Peking Duck while visiting Hing Kong. Was recommended Hoi King Keen at Intercontinental. Served by handsome Mr.Thomas and recommended great wine paring. Memorable dining experience in Hong Kong.

Excellent service, yummy food, cozy environment. Special merit to Thomas Ng, who gives us good recommendations. I really appreciate it.

Good food. Many choices of starters as Demi-buffet. Main dish yummy and many dessert with good coffee. Thank you to Dorothy for her excellent service.

It was so nice for my celiac partner to be able to enjoy gluten free dim sum with me here! The food was excellent. Thanks to Eddie and the rest of the team, we’ll be back very soon.
