We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hospitality was exceptional throughout our stay. Warm, attentive and thoughtful. Big shoutout to the manager Terry who was kind and always make sure our stay was memorable. Our room was spacious, comfortable and equipped with great amenities (even the dumbell), making it easy to settle and relax. We travel to Hong Kong very often and this hotel will be one of our list from now on.

We had an excellent stay at Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong. The hotel has recently been beautifully renovated and feels contemporary, elegant and luxurious while still retaining the personal atmosphere that makes Mandarin Oriental special. The location in the heart of Central is difficult to beat. It is an ideal base for Hong Kong, whether for shopping, dining or simply exploring the city. What impressed us most, however, was the outstanding service. Every member of staff we encountered was genuinely friendly, professional and exceptionally helpful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, and the service felt personal rather than formal or rehearsed. A particular highlight was dinner at Amber, the hotel's exceptional three-Michelin-starred restaurant. The entire experience, from the cuisine and presentation to the service and atmosphere, was on another level and certainly one of the highlights of our time in Hong Kong. We also very much enjoyed BLANC DE NOIRS, the hotel's intimate Champagne and cocktail bar. It is a sophisticated and stylish addition to the hotel and a great place for a drink before dinner or to finish the evening. Our room was beautifully presented, comfortable and immaculately clean. Together with the newly refreshed interiors, excellent dining and exceptionally attentive team, the whole stay felt very polished. An outstanding hotel in one of Hong Kong's best locations, with service that truly stands out. We would happily return.

This review is overdue for a while yet I wanted to share me opinion on my recent business trip. Was it a flawless stay? No. Some technical issues in the room but again, life is not flawless and what matters the most is how people react and show care. When i faced some challenges in my room, the team at mandarin oriental stepped up and showed care. Numerous genuine apologies, heartfelt gesture and an attitude that they care for every single guest. I came across their hotel manager Besjon who was a true gentleman, super polite and caring and his leadership reflects on the rest of the team which left a lasting impression. I travel around a lot for work and i do see plenty of great hotels and the ones that stand out are not the ones with great facilities only but with the human touch, and here you will certainly get it. Well done to the staff here who are running a beautiful newly renovated hotel and i look forward to my next visit.

Loved my visit to The Communal! The interiors were honestly one of my favorite parts of the experience. Everything felt so elegant, cozy, and well thought out—it was the kind of place that makes you want to stay for hours. Andie recommended the Fragrant Harbour Cold Brew, and I’m so glad I listened because it was so fragrant, smooth, and refreshing. We also had the corn soup, and it was sooo good. Super creamy, comforting, and surprisingly one of my favorite things we ordered. Big shoutout to Andie as well! He was so attentive and thoughtful throughout our visit, always checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. As fellow Filipinos, it was nice experiencing that warm hospitality we’re known for. 🫶 Overall, such a great experience. Beautiful space, great food and coffee, and even better service. Will definitely come back the next time I’m in Hong Kong. ❤️
