Luxury hotel without the factory feel of most chain hotels
It is always a pleasure to stay at the Langham. Personalised service and boutique hotel feel unlike the big chain of hotels that are like factories. The business centre is extremely helpful and well equipped. It is another reason I choose to stay in this hotel. Business meetings are conducted there in full comfort and excellent professional service with catering

We had a great stay at the langham Hong Kong. The service was top notch, especially Elgin from the lounge, who went out of his way to help us every day.

Disappointing view
Lovely hotel very luxurious entrance lobby. The staff were very friendly. Room was very comfortable nice touches for my birthday with a cake. Breakfast a good choice, not really geared for UK residents but we were in the minority and the food was plentiful. Really nice swimming pool. Close to the subway. The only negative was we had booked a courtyard room and we were not informed that our only window looked onto a building site think this really let the Langham down.
