Lanson Place Hotel Hong Kong

We had a long-term stay with our newborn (his first trip from the US). I would give more than 5 stars if I could: 1. Service. All of the staff at Lanson Place go out of their way to help you and have a positive, energetic attitude. I don't know how they do it. Someone should study how they recruit and train their team. 2. Location. You get all the amazing food and retail in Causeway Bay and you're a short walk to Victoria Park and the water front. 3. Very family friendly. We had a 4 month old and they helped make it as easy as possible. For example, navigating stairs with the stroller and the crib and bath setup in the room. The 24/7 laundry is also nice. 4. The gym is sweet. Very clean and modern. If you're coming to Hong Kong for more than a few nights, especially with family, Lanson Place is perfect.

the restaurant Salon LanSon is super nice 😆love the environment!!!and the food is surprisingly good😆especially the pork and steak. and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The lobby is also beautiful—great for a quick photo! highly recommend!!

The hotel exudes a classy atmosphere, with fine details in its interior design and an elegant European‑style lobby that feels truly 氣派. The gym facilities were impressive—equipped with cable machines, a quad flexor, and even a dedicated yoga room. The gym’s layout, with doors separating different zones, created a sense of privacy and sophistication, unlike the usual open‑plan design. Both men’s and women’s bathrooms had showers, adding convenience. Honestly, the gym alone would make me return. Next to the gym was a laundry room with washers, dryers, and two comfortable sofas. Sitting there while watching clothes being washed felt unexpectedly relaxing—almost therapeutic. The restaurant, Salon Lanson, offered a pleasant breakfast: tasty, healthy, and with a reasonable variety. Back in my room, the amenities were nice overall, though the TV connection was unstable. The bathroom lacked a rack, so I had to place my toiletries on the floor, and the windows only extended halfway rather than floor‑to‑ceiling. The staff were delightful and matched the hotel’s premium style. Upon arrival, I was welcomed in the lobby with tea, avoiding the usual wait at reception. A staff member personally escorted me to my room and explained its features, which added a thoughtful touch. Overall, I believe the stay was worth the price for such an elegant and distinctive experience.

We stayed for 2 wonderful nights on the last leg of our 10 day trip to HK and Guangzhou. This was the 3rd and best hotel on our trip. First impression at check-in was the beautiful and clean lobby area. Lush sofas and friendly staff greeted us. In no time we were shown to our room 2502 which was bright and beautiful with gorgeous views of the mid levels/ happy valley and causeway bay. We were caught in a sudden shower one afternoon and were welcomed back by staff waiting with towels for us to dry off. Such a thoughtful and comforting touch. I really enjoyed the English breakfast tea provided in the room and asked a reception staff where I might find them to purchase more. She kindly sent several more packets to my room. Thank you so much! I should have asked for your name. In this day and age where every hotel is cost cutting and reducing amenities, Lanson stands above the crowd, at making guests feel pampered. Most importantly, the warm and genuine staff exude such a welcoming and comforting touch to our stay. Kudos to the team who took such great care of us.

The hotel enjoys a prime location, offering tranquility amidst the bustling city. It's just a 5-minute walk from Causeway Bay MTR Station, with trendy dining and shopping options nearby. The hotel features an elegant ambiance and provides attentive yet unobtrusive service that makes guests feel right at home. Its French restaurant leaves a lasting impression, particularly its cocktail "Incense & Tide," which I absolutely loved.
