Great comfort and service - as always
I came to HK for the Chinese New Year celebrations, I always stay at Mandarin Oriental Central whenever I visit Hong Kong. As ever, I felt looked after and was treated as a valued guest. Every part of my stay was 5*, from the smooth transfer to my room, the cleanliness and comfort of the room and every part of the hotel, to the friendly efficiency of all the staff. Last time I stayed, I gave my usual 5* feedback, adding the comment that, as a tea drinker, fresh milk in the minibar would be welcome, instead of the little packages. Guess what, every day a new jug of fresh milk was brought to my room - such careful attention to detail and proof that Mandarin Oriental listens to feedback and follows up on it. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, a big shout out to Jacquie on reception and Lobby Ambassador John Suen. My friends also stayed while I was there, to enjoy the harbour fireworks. They had never stayed before and they were blown away with every aspect of their stay. I am already looking forward to my next stay, which will probably be after the refurbishments are complete. Great service
I was there yesterday with my husband and our server, despite her being in training was wonderfully attentive. We ordered vegetarian and although my spinach egg white fried rice wasn’t on the menu, they were very accommodating. Our waitress Marie/mariam (not too certain of name) did a fabulous job! We will be returning :).

Excellent location and service
We could not have had a better experience at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong. The Mandarin Club was our favorite part, the food, atmosphere and people we met (shoutout to Vangie and Coco for making us and our 1 year old feel so welcome). Highly recommend and will be back!
