Absolutely fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the hospitality was incredible. Sazha in particular at the front desk was so friendly and warm making the trip, for my sister's birthday, extremely fun and memorable. The rooms were always so clean and the views of the harbour are amazing. The breakfasts are absolutely delicious and the bar and restaurants have equally excellent service as well as food and drink. It's in such an ideal spot, being just 30 seconds to a station that includes many lines and the airport express train. It is also just a 10-15 minute walk to Soho with some of the best bars and food in the world, while being outside of the area just enough that it is never loud or inconvenient when you're ready to sleep. I cannot wait to return to Hong Kong for another trip, partially just so I can stay here again.

I recently organised a two-day full-day meeting at the Mandarin Oriental, and I wanted to share my appreciation for the entire experience. The venue was perfect for our needs, and the service throughout was outstanding. The food, including the morning and afternoon coffee breaks, was excellent and well-managed. I would specifically like to thank Vanessa, Agatha, and Sabrina for their meticulous work on the preparation and logistics arrangements before the event. Their efficiency and attention to detail in the planning stages ensured everything was set up perfectly from the start. I am also very grateful to Kelly and Kei for their dedicated support throughout the two days. They were attentive, professional, and made sure the meeting ran smoothly for all our guests. Thank you to the whole team for making our event such a success. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Anniversary celebration in Man Wah @ HK Mandarin Oriental. Ambiance, service, view and Service were top notch. George, Kathrine and German provided superb service and were very helpful as we explored the menu. We had a very memorable experience!

It was a very pleasant experience. Haely and Timothy in the restaurant has been very helpful and friendly. We have been treated very well. The cake and the beverage is also served and tased exceptional. For certain, we will visit again.

We had dinner at The Chinnery on Saturday, 28th of February. Everything was just perfect! The food was fantastic and all the staff were very polite and friendly. One of the staff, Jason was so thoughtful and friendly! We would love to come soon again!
