We hosted our baby’s 100-day celebration at Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Special thanks to Roy, Jim, Nick, Jerry, Kelly, Chef Ricky, and Chef Paul for the warm hospitality, calm professionalism, and thoughtful attention to detail throughout the event. The service was polished, the pacing was smooth, and our guests felt truly looked after. I had an incredible experience here again, This is my second Spa residency here and I absolutely LOVE this hotel. It's simply stunning and the dark wood and fixtures seem so iconic for Hong Kong. Epic views, incredible restaurants and friendly staff. They brought me the whole pillow menu, because I could not decide. The bed was delightful and I slept like a baby, I look forward to my visits here every year and look forward to returning in 2026. The spa is an epic experience, the views from the rooms, the spa circuit series, the therapists, the treatments. All just a dream.

We had an amazing time at this hotel which offered impeccable service and old world charm. John at the lobby greeted us at every occasion with a smile and short anecdote and once in a while with chocolates or a bottle of water. The room was impressive, perfectly maintained and thoughtful details.

Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong is, in my opinion, the best luxury hotel — period. Everything was impeccable from start to finish, including the phone reservation. The representative was patient, knowledgeable, genuine, and never pushy, which set the tone for the entire stay. The location is excellent and incredibly convenient, and it’s within walking distance to Central MTR, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. When we arrived extremely early in the morning, we were exhausted from travel. Angie immediately noticed and kindly invited us to relax and freshen up at the spa while they worked to accommodate an early check-in. That level of thoughtfulness meant so much and set the stage for the warmth we felt throughout our stay. We stayed in Room 2004, a Club Level Suite — spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. Upgrading to Club Level is worth every penny and then some! The lounge offerings were outstanding: an amazing breakfast spread, lovely afternoon tea, and evening cocktails, all paired with truly second-to-none service. Huge thanks to Coco, Athena, Auddi, Angie, and Johnny for making us feel so warmly welcomed and personally cared for throughout our week-long stay. We’ve officially become MO fans and will absolutely be returning, and we also look forward to experiencing their hotel in Shanghai. In a world that moves so fast, it’s important to pause and invest in your well-being. A stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong feels like true, restorative self-care.
