Possibly best spa weekend ever (seriously)
Came for a friend’s birthday weekend. The staff (Rain, Catherine, Tramy, Chingyie, Glena) were amazing. They were so friendly, accommodating, made us feel like they truly cared about our girls’ weekend away. Best service. We felt like royalty and it is truly memorable. The tailored and personalized everything to our needs and constantly exceeded expectations. This may be the best spa experience we have ever had - and we mean worldwide. Will definitely be back.

Excellent curry lunch
Excellent lunch -had the pleasure to meet friendly staff Johnny at HK Mo captains bar. We ordered fish and chicken curries for lunch - the 3 tier set comes with naan bread and basmati rice, genuinely indian.

We were hosting an event in the function room at level 2, which is a great venue and the staff services are excellent as usual, especially Annie Wong and Roy Wong.

Enthusiastic service
The Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong is located in the heart of Central and boasts an extremely advantageous location. Although its rooms are slightly outdated, it is difficult not to be won over by the enthusiastic service and the truly homely atmosphere. I was honoured to stay at the Mandarin Oriental on my graduation trip and would like to thank the hotel staff for their gracious service. I look forward to my next visit!
