Best spa experience at Mandarin Oriental
I booked a two hour experience with my girlfriend for her birthday. We were greeted by the spa concierge Glenna and Rain, they were very friendly and made sure we were well looked after. We got multiple rounds of tea throughout and bites at a resting area before going onto our chosen experiences. My girlfriend had an hour massage and an hour facial by her therapist Cindy - she was very happy with both and her skin looks fantastic! My therapist Polla gave me a massage and a scrub, I will definitely come back. It was a great experience for us both and before we left the spa concierge even gave my girlfriend a goodie bag for her birthday which had a colouring book, toner and chocolate with happy birthday on it. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service truly memorable experience
I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong with my parents for two days. As a Fan of M.O., we’ve been upgraded to the Howarth Suite, one of the most spacious suite with beautiful view of Victoria Harbor and access to the Mandarin Club. Attentions had been paid to details. We’ve been provided a roll away bed along with 3 sets of each amenities for 3 persons. The trip was seamlessly smooth thanks to the concierge team who helped us with restaurant and transportation bookings. We dined at the Man Wah restaurant, where the staffs were friendly and enthusiastic about their dishes as well as the history. The staffs in the Mandarin Club were so kind that late check out had been arranged so that we had an stress-free departure. Overall, the service we received was nice, professional, and personal, true to the name of the M.O. All the staffs were kind and ready to help. We felt welcomed throughout the stay. Thank you M.O. Hong Kong. We’ll stay here again when we come cross next.
