My wife and I recently stayed at The Park Lane Hong Kong from 17 to 20 July for a short getaway, and it was an exceptional experience from the time we check-in till the time we check-out. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Kitty and Sarah at check-in. Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home and set the tone for a wonderful stay. Compliments also goes out to the amazing team at the Executive Lounge—June, Samson, Julia, Sandy, Grace, Raymond, Neo, Michelle, Julius, Purple, Wincy, Joey, William, Jack, and Keung. Every one of them consistently delivered attentive, friendly, and personalized service. They always greeted us with warm smiles, took the time to ensure we were well looked after, and made every lounge visit a truly enjoyable and relaxing experience. Their dedication to excellent hospitality is a true credit to the hotel. We would also like to express our appreciation to the many other staff members across the various departments of the hotel. Whether it was housekeeping, concierge, food and beverage, or anyone we met during our stay, everyone was courteous, professional, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the location is perfect for exploring Hong Kong while still offering a relaxing retreat at the end of the day. Apparently the only minor let down was the view from the room. The whole experience would have been perfect if not for the view. Nonetheless thank you to the entire team at The Park Lane Hong Kong for making our short getaway so memorable. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to our next visit. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking exceptional hospitality and a truly five-star experience.

It's been almost a year now that I've been staying at The Park Lane Hong Kong monthly for business, and it genuinely feels like my second home. Every visit reaffirms why this property stands apart. **Front Desk & Concierge: Personalized & Heartfelt** A massive thank you to Kitty Lau and her team — Kennix, Jeffery, and Chloe — for consistently making my stays so warm and welcoming. Kitty's attention to detail is unmatched, and she always ensures I have my preferred room. Earlier this July trip, Kitty and the team gave me an early birthday surprise: balloons and handmade birthday decorations, a birthday cake, and a birthday card made specially for me. Just days before, Kitty had given me the most adorable teddy bear, along with an amazing box of macarons and a box of the most delicious cream biscuits — I'm so grateful to her for opening up my new love for biscuits! All my colleagues back at the office were envious of the teddy bear too. There's always a special touch waiting in my room too, like my favourite fruits and dark chocolates, timed perfectly for a long weekend stay. With the ongoing renovations, the team has consistently gone out of their way to place me in a quieter room and attend to all my needs. Concierge also makes sure my stored luggage is already in my room by the time I check in, and they're always looking out for me whenever I need something. It's this level of care that makes the property feel less like a hotel and more like home. **Executive Lounge: Proactive & Observant Excellence** The entire Executive Lounge team deserves a huge round of applause — a special shoutout to Grace, Sandy, June, Julia, Joey, Neo, Julius, Samson, Jack, Michelle, Vincy, Raymond, Purple and William. Julia and Grace always make me laugh — they feel like family I have in Hong Kong, always trading tips on local food spots and restaurant hideouts with me. June was so sweet, sharing her snacks with me and even getting me mochi rice cakes she personally bought just for me! Joey always remembers my favourite snack at the lounge — she’ll have a plate ready the moment she sees me. And Sandy always makes sure I’m well settled in with my table service, somehow my usual table is always available for me! - **Personalized Hospitality:** The team is always so welcoming and ready with a smile. The moment I arrive, they already know my first request is my favourite caramel coffee. - **Genuine Connection:** During quieter moments, the team engages in fun, friendly conversations that make the lounge feel lively and inviting. - **Incredible Attention to Detail:** They are exceptionally observant and proactive about anticipating my needs. **Housekeeping: Consistent & Thoughtful** Nina from Housekeeping on the 20th floor always makes sure any pre-requests I've made are ready and waiting in my room. Looking forward to returning to my second home this weekend! --- **尋回第二個家：香港柏寧酒店嘅超卓服務** 不經不覺，已經喺柏寧酒店（The Park Lane Hong Kong）連續大約一年，每個月都嚟公幹留宿，依家真係當呢度係我第二個家咁。每次返嚟都令我更加肯定呢間酒店嘅與別不同。 **前台同禮賓部：貼心又用心** 要好好多謝 Kitty Lau 同佢個團隊——Kennix、Jeffery，同埋 Chloe，令我每次留宿都感受到咁溫暖同親切嘅款待。Kitty 對細節嘅留意程度真係無人能及，每次都確保我入住到我鍾意嘅房間。 今個七月呢次旅程，Kitty 同團隊仲送咗一個提早生日驚喜俾我：氣球佈置、手做嘅生日裝飾、生日蛋糕，仲有一張專登為我整嘅生日卡。喺呢個之前幾日，Kitty 仲送咗一隻超級可愛嘅泰迪熊俾我，仲有一盒好正嘅馬卡龍，同埋一盒超級好食嘅忌廉餅乾——真係好多謝佢令我重新愛上咗食餅乾！連返到公司嘅同事都好羨慕我隻泰迪熊。房間入面永遠都有啲特別嘅小心思等緊我，例如我鍾意食嘅生果同黑朱古力，啱啱好喺我一個長週末留宿嘅時候出現。 因為酒店而家仲喺度裝修緊，團隊每次都盡量安排我入住比較安靜嘅房間，同埋照顧晒我所有嘅需要。 禮賓部亦都會確保我寄存嘅行李喺我 check in 之前已經送返上房，佢哋成日都好留意我有咩需要幫手。就係呢種細心，令呢度感覺唔似住酒店，反而好似返屋企咁。 **行政酒廊：主動又細心嘅卓越服務** 成個行政酒廊團隊都值得大大聲讚一讚，特別要多謝 Purple、William、Grace、Sandy、June、Julia、Joey、Neo、Julius、Samson、Jack、Michelle、Vincy 同 Raymond。 Julia 同 Grace 成日都逗到我好開心，佢哋喺香港就好似我嘅家人咁，成日同我交流香港啲私房菜同餐廳嘅資訊。June 就好貼心，成日同我分享佢啲小食，仲試過買咗麻糬糍粑俾我，仲係佢自己私人買嘅！Joey 就每次都記得我鍾意食嘅小食，一見到我就即刻準備好一碟俾我。仲有 Sandy，每次都確保我坐得舒舒服服，唔知點解我平時嗰張枱都成日留咗俾我！ * **個人化款待：** 團隊成日都好熱情，見到人就笑面迎人。我一到，佢哋已經知道我第一時間要嘅係我鍾意嘅焦糖咖啡。 * **真摯嘅交流：** 喺比較靜嘅時候，團隊都會同我傾偈傾得好開心，令成個酒廊都變得好熱鬧好親切。 * **超強嘅細節觀察力：** 佢哋觀察力好強，成日都主動留意同滿足到我嘅需要。 **房務部：一直咁貼心** 20 樓房務部嘅 Nina 每次都確保我之前提出嘅要求準時準備好喺房入面等我。我間房永遠都執得好企理、好清新，每次返嚟都咁樣。 **總結** 柏寧酒店嘅團隊唔單止提供服務咁簡單，佢哋用心聆聽每一個小細節，令每次留宿都感覺好個人化。多謝你哋令我又一次感受到咁貼心嘅照顧，期待今個週末返嚟我嘅第二個家！

This was our second stay at The Park Lane Hong Kong, Autograph Collection, and it once again exceeded every expectation. After two visits, we can confidently say this is our favorite hotel in Hong Kong, and we already know we’ll be returning. Check‑in was seamless. Jeffrey welcomed us with genuine warmth and made us feel immediately at home. He even placed us in a beautiful room with the same room number as our previous stay (just one floor below). The room was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and offered a stunning view over Kowloon. The Executive Lounge team delivered one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. They remembered not only that we stayed previously, but also our preferences — from our favorite beer to our usual seat. A heartfelt thank you to Sandy and June for their incredible warmth, and to Grace, Raymond, Neo, Julia, Michelle, Julius, Purple, Wincy, Joey, William, Jack, Samson, and Kueng for making every visit feel special. Samson deserves special recognition for remembering exactly where we sat the night before and what we drank — a small detail that made a big impact. At the entrance, Sony was a standout. He greeted every guest with energy and kindness, and kept the flow of Ubers and taxis running smoothly. We remembered him from last year, and we’re convinced he remembered us too. The Concierge team is exceptional. Jerry helped us finally achieve a long‑time goal: hiking the Dragon’s Back trail. His guidance was spot‑on and made the experience easy and enjoyable. We love Hong Kong and plan to return many times over the years. And without question, we will continue staying at The Park Lane. It’s rare to find a hotel that feels this welcoming, consistent, and genuinely memorable.

Cherry from FO made my day!!! We visited Parkland due to the water suspension. We checked in around 10:30 at night. Cherry welcome and greet us, she upgraded our stay and knowing our visiting reason, she cares have we had dinner. We informed her that we will order food delivery, she arranged cutlery for us and introduced the hotel F&B information to us. We had a heart warm feeling service so she deserve this comment!!!!
