Pullman Park Lane Hotel

We really enjoyed our short stay in Park Lane hotel, the weather was very rainy but we got a glimpse of the SkyBar and the view is spectacular, and the hotel provided umbrellas from concierge to help keep us dry. We have stayed before, as the location of the hotel is ideal for us in Causeway Bay. Special mention to Carter who checked us in and surprised our daughter with a little birthday treat, that was really appreciated, thank you so much!

Good experience overall, especially with Cherry Fok's help with the smooth check-in. Nice view from the executive lounge, but note that since the location of this hotel is not right by the bay, you may not get the view you're expecting, and there are residential buildings right by the hotel

I recently stayed five days and four nights at the Park Lane Hotel in Causeway Bay with my husband and son, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond by welcoming us with a free bottle of wine and fresh fruit to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The location is ideal, just a two-minute walk to Causeway Bay MTR, with convenience stores and a wide range of restaurants right outside the door. Highly recommend.

Stayed here from 7-9 august and got a family room for my family of 4. It was very comfortable and the room came with a king size bed, a super single bed and also a sofa bed and it was very comfortable for a family of 4. Location is unbeatable in the heart of causeway bay and many shops and malls around to have your meal and also do some last minute shopping. MTR station is barely 100-200m away. A special mention has to be given to check in personnel CHERRY FOK who made our stay an amazing one. She assisted us to check our family in, gave us a late check out just even though we didnt ask for it and also gave my kids ice cream as well just to make them feel happy. I cannot thank you enough on your proactive and brilliant customer service and i would definitely stay here again just because you made our experience such a great one. Thank you.

Stayed at the Marriott Park Lane for three nights recently in a Club room with executive lounge access. Have been here many times over the past 15 years when it was run by Accor. I have always regarded this hotel very good. I must say under Marriott the customer service has gone to a whole new level. The doorman, housemaids and Neo and his team in the executive lonnge have been fastastic . This will continue to be my number 1 hotel when staying in Hong Kong.
