Pullman Park Lane Hotel

I had an wonderful experience at this hotel with great service from the staff at the executive lounge, with special thanks to: Sandy, June, Grace, Neo, Julia, Julius, Michelle, Nina, Joy, Jack, Samson and Keiung.

The Park Lane is a hotel we keep going back to in Hong Kong. There’s no other place that can make you feel luxurious yet cozy, quite like home. The view is amazing, the breakfast has a great variety of food and the service is incredible. From the moment we stepped in, the bell boy eagerly welcomed us back and Kitty Lao always ensures we’re well taken care of. It doesn’t end there, the location is also very convenient- close to the park with running track, mtr, grocery & shopping locations. In that regard, our stay was excellent from start to finish! We highly recommend this place to anyone reading this review, and of course to our family and friends.

Great service and friendly staff, especially Kitty Lau. Also the bell boys are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an optimal location and can easily travel throughout Hong Kong.

When I travel, I usually enjoy trying new things—different food, experiences, and hotels. However, Hong Kong is the one exception. My go-to hotel is The Park Lane, and I never bother looking elsewhere because I know I won’t find the same standard of service. Located in Causeway Bay, the hotel offers stunning views: the harbour on one side and Victoria Park on the other. The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, thanks to an outstanding housekeeping team—just one example of the excellent recruitment by the Park Lane HR team. The staff truly set this hotel apart. The Executive Lounge team is the warmest, most welcoming group I’ve ever met. Returning to this hotel feels like a joy, and it’s one of the things I look forward to most when visiting Hong Kong. I’ve recommended The Park Lane to friends, colleagues, and clients. Some have asked if my opinion is biased because I’m a returning guest. The answer is no. I’ve witnessed firsthand how they greet all guests with the same warmth and attentiveness, doing everything possible to ensure everyone’s needs are met. My advice: If you’re looking for a quality hotel with first-rate service, don’t waste your time - look no further than The Park Lane Hong Kong.

We had a wonderful stay at Parklane Hong Kong. The hotel is perfectly located in a very convenient area, with easy access to food options and transportation. The staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating, with special thanks to Carter Ng, who warmly welcomed us during check-in and addressed our concerns promptly and efficiently. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, our experience at Parklane Hong Kong was very pleasant.
