Pullman Park Lane Hotel

Outside of the location, which is across from a lovely park and also conveniently located to tons of shopping and restaurant options, my favorite thing about this hotel is the amazing staff in the Executive Lounge. They are so kind and welcoming and go out of their way to create a feeling of comfort while you are away from home. Everyone greets you with a smile, calls you by name, and consistently checks in with you to ensure that you have everything you need. I have several dietary restrictions and Joey even went out of her way to check in to make sure there were enough options available for me to snack on and brought me a special plate with more options just in case. The remarkable thing to note is that my experience in this trip is no different than when I have visited previously. Sandy and Grace both greeted me like an old friend, even though my last visit was 6 months ago, and the remainder of the staff - Neo, Julia, Purple, Julius, Wincy, Jack, Samson, and Keung are all equally great! When you have to be away from home for business, people like this are what makes this a memorable place that you want to come back to.

Great location and customer service!! The lounge staffs Sandy and Grace are exceptionally nice! They always make me feel like home and do extra miles to make sure things are above standard each time when I stay there. The room is clean and housekeeper is friendly.

What an awesome stay when arriving from UK I had at this beautiful hotel

the hotel is fantastic- staff cannot do enough to make your stay brilliant. I had the privilege of using the Executive Floor Lounge which was one of the best ive used.....everything was very professional and the staff Sandy, June, Grace, Neo, Julia, Purple, Julius, Wincy, Jack, Joey, Samson, and Keung amazing!

On one side of The Park Lane is a large park with plenty of walking trails. On the other is a bustling and vibrant shopping district. We loved the location - just a few blocks away from the Ding Ding tram line. Our “upgraded” room overlooked the park. It wasn’t large but it was quite comfortable. The rooftop bar was very nice, but we spent more time in the executive lounge just one floor below enjoying the harbor views, complimentary evening cocktails and appetizers and the warm hospitality of the lounge staff. Overall, we found The Park Lane an excellent launching point for exploring Hong Kong Island and Victoria Harbor.
