Welcoming space with amazing staff
A quiet oasis above the hustle and bustle of HK, with exceptionally welcoming and professional staff. We were welcomed by name, and nothing was too much trouble. Grace in particular was amazing and took the time to chat most evenings. There was a good selection of delicious food and drinks. One small criticism is that we took two HK friends there for a coffee one afternoon, and were charged HK$170 for them ...a steep price for Nespresso pod brews.

Another Memorable Family Stay
Great family stay in Hong Kong. We've stayed at The Park Lane a number of times over the years and continue to come back because of the combination of location, comfort, and consistently thoughtful service. A special thank you to Kitty Lau and team, who made this visit feel particularly personal with a thoughtful welcome note and delicious amenities for our family. It's the small touches that people remember, and Kitty's warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. Thanks again to Kitty and the wider team (special call out for the exceptional lounge crew) for looking after us so well. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Hong Kong.

Great location with excellent view
Easy access to hotel via mrt from airport and location is central at Causeway bay and near Sogo. Clean comfortable spacious and bright room. Exec lounge was equally spacious and manned by friendly helpful staff. Great view of the Harbour. Good cocktail served with quality drinks. Rooftop bar provides excellent view. Breakfast was tasty with good spread. Highly recommended.

Our visit at this hotel was amazing. The view from our hotelroom was great. And the staff was very friendly. The diverserty of food and drinks in the lounge bar was excellent. And also the staff in the lounge bar. The view from the rooftop bar was beautifull, however the food was overrated. Also the location is very good. We definetly will come back to this hotel!

We stayed at the Park Lane, Hong Kong. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating and the hotel's location is great, on the quiet side of Hong Kong yet convenient. All in all, a pleasurable stay.
