Pullman Park Lane Hotel

Great location, very central to all. We were assisted by front office staff Eleanor who was very courteous and helpful. She really made me feel welcome during my stay and I appreciate that a lot. Clean rooms and good housekeeping too.

We were visiting Hong Kong from Chicago. As a family with teens, it's not always easy to find a hotel that has the amenities and location to make everyone happy. The Park Lane was the answer! With a convenient location across from Victoria Park and near shopping and transporation, it was easy for us to explore the best parts of the city. Our room was spacious, well designed, and clean. The staff was always warm and helpful. If you have access, the lounge has fantastic food for breakfast and snacks.

I would like to once again highlight the excellent service and overall experience at this hotel. The accomodations are very nice but what really stands out in the hotel is their guest services staff. As a Titanium member, I trtavel quite often to various destinations . The Park lane staff is one of the most professinal courteous and and overall enjoyable staff I have seen. Their effort to make your stay a true delight is fantastic. My congratualtins to Kitty, Kenni and Winky in special, but also to the whole team that is very hard working and attentive to all our needs. They are the reason I always return. Thank you once again.

We recently stayed at Park Lane Hong Kong and had a very enjoyable stay overall. The hotel is in a fantastic location and makes a great base for exploring Hong Kong. While the property is not one of the newest hotels in town, it is clear that a lot of refurbishment has taken place. Our room was modern, comfortable, well maintained, and a very pleasant place to return to each day. As Marriott Bonvoy members, we were naturally hoping for a suite upgrade, but we understand these are never guaranteed and depend on availability. Whilst we were not lucky enough this time, we were still very happy with the room we received. The Club Lounge was excellent and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The food and beverage offering was very good, and the staff working there were consistently friendly and helpful. In particular, one of the ladies with shorter hair brought so much energy and warmth to every interaction. She was bubbly, engaging, and clearly enjoys what she does. The absolute star of the property, however, was Sonny. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with genuine enthusiasm and personality and immediately made us feel at home. He is one of those team members guests remember long after they leave. His warmth, professionalism, and ability to connect with people were exceptional. Sonny was a true highlight of our stay and a real credit to the hotel. My only piece of constructive feedback relates to the Club Lounge access policy. We were celebrating my partner’s 40th birthday during our stay and had two friends join us briefly in the lounge one evening. I completely appreciate that my benefits include access for myself and one guest, and I respect the hotel’s policies. However, one of our friends only arrived for approximately the final 15 to 20 minutes of service, enjoyed a single drink and a small snack, yet the full guest charge was still applied. While I understand the rule, a little flexibility in that situation would have been appreciated. Overall, this was a very good stay. Great location, comfortable rooms, an excellent lounge experience, and some truly wonderful staff. A special thank you to Sonny for making our visit so memorable.
