Pullman Park Lane Hotel

The hotel was very comfortable, the room was clean, and the location was very convenient right in the city center, close to the MTR. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Kitty, who gave us excellent recommendations and assistance. We were very impressed with the service and would definitely stay here again. 😊

Had such a great experience particularly at the lounge up on the 21st floor. It was a nice to go up for breakfast and drinks and snacks. The staff was the most friendly and they were so accommodating for my baby. Thanks to sandy, June, Amazing Grace, Neo, Julia, Julius, Michelle, Nina, windy, Joey, Jack, Samson and Keung! Would def stay here again especially because the location is so convenient.

We stayed at Marriott hotels in Bangkok (Sheraton) and in Hong Kong (Park Lane). The rooms, staff and meals were great in both. The concierge staff (Jacky and Jason) in Hong Kong were especially helpful. They went beyound expectations to help us with previously booked tours. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed absolutely everything about our stay at the Parklane Hong Kong. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional! They welcomed us with personal attention to detail like acknowledging my birthday with a card and a lovely selection of cookies. A special thank you to June, Julia & KK who greeted us each morning by name, took care of our every wish and made our stay so memorable. A brief visit with one of the hotel managers, Raymond, was really enjoyable. If we return to Hong Kong we will definitely stay at the Parklane again!

Their warmth, attention to detail, and consistent professionalism elevated our stay and ensured that both myself and my delegation felt welcomed and well cared for at every moment. After ten visits, I can confidently say that The Parklane remains the best place to stay in Hong Kong for both business and leisure.
