Pullman Park Lane Hotel

A short walk to Causeway Bay MTR, very convenient. My room looking over the bay, beautiful view especially at night. Special THANKS to Carter who helps to make the stay more memoriable.

The hotel is very conveniently located, with easy access to the MTR, shopping malls, restaurants, and other nearby amenities. However, the room condition and functionality did not fully meet our expectations. We noticed cracked tiles on both the foyer floor and the bathroom wall. Besides affecting the overall appearance of the room, this also raised some concern from a maintenance and safety perspective. On the afternoon of 10 September 2026, we were trying to rest in the room but could clearly hear ongoing construction noise, including cutting and knocking sounds. The noise was quite disruptive and affected our ability to relax comfortably during the stay. The bathroom layout could also be better designed, especially for a family room that is intended to accommodate three to four guests. The vanity countertop is too small to comfortably place personal care items and toiletries for several occupants. In addition, the bathtub shower area does not provide any practical shelf or storage space for shampoo, shower gel, or other toiletries. For a hotel in such a convenient location and serving family travellers, greater attention to room maintenance, noise control, and bathroom usability would significantly improve the overall guest experience. Overall, the location is definitely a strong advantage, but the room condition and bathroom design could be improved to better match guests’ expectations.

The staff was very friendly. Happy and Soni both the doorman are gems and really helped me during my stay with language barriers and Soni with my cab once when there was no card accepted he even paid for me at the gate under complete trust that I’ll repay him. Truly fantastic service and is something that will make me visit again

We absolutely love staying at The Park Lane whenever we are in Hong Kong! The location is unbeatable, with countless shops, restaurants, and attractions right on the doorstep. Our room was beautiful, fully equipped, and featured stunning views. The service across the board is outstanding. The staff is genuinely lovely, with a special mention to Carter for the exceptional hospitality. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gestures, like the sweet plushy they gave our little one. A wonderful experience from start to finish, we will definitely be back!
