Pullman Park Lane Hotel

What made our stay special was the wonderful staff at the hotel. Their attention to our needs and just remembering our preferences made our stay very special. A very special call out to Florence Li who managed the Bonvoy desk. I had been assigned a room I was unhappy with due to lack of harbour views. Florence offered us another room while explaining why the room we had been assigned was special and was an upgrade due to my Titanium status. The whole interaction made me feel special. As I said, the people made my visit to Hong Kong and my stay at Park Lane very special.

This hotel is beautiful with gorgeous views of the harbor and Kowloon across the harbor. It is conveniently located to attractions and transportation, and surrounded by nice shops and excellent restaurants. The service and the people elevated the stay even more so - specifically Chloe, Sandy, June, Grace, Neo, Julia, Julius, Michelle, Joey, Jack, Samlou, Nina and Keung. The amenities were also wonderful. We enjoyed an incredible complimentary daily breakfast that was more a full brunch. The hotel is very stylishly decorated and appointed. We are coming back to Hong Kong and will stay here again.

Came to Hong Kong to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and had a wonderful experience at the Park Lane hotel. Want to give a special shoutout to Kitty who took care of us at check in. She noticed it was my girlfriend’s birthday and took extra special care of us. It’s the small details like that which make a stay so enjoyable! Thank you to Kitty and everyone else who took care of us during our stay!

I organized a trip to HK with my wife and our beloved Pastor and wife and I chose to stay in Park Lane HK's executive floor. My Pastor's wife was having her birthday celebration during the trip and the Executive Floor's staff prepared a cake and amenities to celebrate with her. They were so sweet. All of us enjoyed the stay and the warm hospitality offered by the Executive Floor Manager Sandy Liu and her team, comprises June, Grace, Neo, Julien, Julius, Michelle, Jack, Joey, Samson and Keung. They were friendly and helpful and always made us felt welcome with their warm smile. We felt like returning home every time we visited the lounge. Thank you for your great leadership and training Sandy and your team is an All Star Team. Well done and I would definitely come back to stay at Park Lane the next time I return to HK.

The Park Lane Hong Kong, Autograph Collection is located in Causeway Bay, a very central area of Hong Kong. You can explore many other interesting parts of Hong Kong with ease as the Causeway Bay MRT Station is just across the road from the hotel. The room is of a decent size and has a nice view of the greenish Victoria Park. The front desk staff and porter are friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was excellent. Would love to return in the future!
