Pullman Park Lane Hotel

It was my first time in Park Lane hotel, a new join Marriott hotel, but my room was very noisy in night. Reported to the desk then the manager named Simon came over. After his careful listening, he managed to work it out with his team, to allocate another one for me immediately, he also have the bellboy to help our stuff too, truly hospitality and ability of Simon to lead the team to solve my problem, a service credit to him.

Hotel with a perfect location in Causeway Bay, especially the Lunar New Year Fair is holding in Victoria Park during my stay period. Sarah from the loyalty team is very nice and provided excellent service. She had upgraded my room to the family room due to my elite status. The welcome amenities ready in room prior check-in which we feels a warm welcome. The rooms was renovated and having a gorgeous view, which makes us feels very comfortable.

The service is exceptional. Thank you to Sandy, June, Grace, Julia, Julius, Michelle, Nina, Joey, Jack, Samson, and Kenny for your wonderful attention every day during our four day stay! What a team you are. As for the hotel check in was seamless. The rooms are spacious although without drawer space. Amenities are abundant. Truly a great location and without a fine hotel.

At check-in, Ms. Selina was very supportive and communicated very clearly. The concierge also provided some local restaurant recommendations, which were really good.

Very good service team: the club lounge team with Sandy is always so welcoming and remembered the guest preferences The front desk manager Simon is most courteous in his welcome to guests The sales team managing my account Anthony- I want to thank you for the years of looking after my bookings and preferences All in all, a hotel that I had returned to over many years with a great team The only down side was the limo service to the airport. The driver dropped me far from my check in zone. That’s not good if you have big/mamy bags. Surly attitude
