Pullman Park Lane Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the front desk service truly stood out. Quentin had assisted me twice for the recent past two times of my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff from entrance /main door/front desk/ daily housekeeping / executive lounge were all friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every question or request I had was handled with patience and care. The accommodation was equally impressive—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The room was well-maintained, quiet, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. It was clear that a lot of attention was given to both comfort and detail. Overall, the excellent front desk service combined with the high standard of accommodation made my experience very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent service - particularly from Alan Suen on front desk at check in - good food, convenient location, friendly and efficient concierge. Taxis always available and great takeaway coffee!

Always Hotel of my choice in H.K over the past 8 years visiting HK. Never disappointed and frequently pleasantly surprised with genuine professional services accorded. Stayed for over 2 weeks and it's home away from home for me! A big thank you to the staff in the Executive Lounge, namely Sandy, June, Grace, Neo, Julia, Michelle, Julius, Joey, Jack, Samson, Nina..... Look forward to see all during my next visit soon...

Hotel has a great location next to Victoria park, which was extra helpful for HK marathon participants. Jonathan from the reception desk thanked a few time for me being a loyal member of Bonvoy awards, wished happy birthday although it was the day before and helped overall to make my stay pleasant. I was intended to book a room with Lululemon package, but smth went wrong and I found out on my arrival that I got not what I wanted to. So the hotel stuff apologized (although I guess it wasn't entirely their fault) and arranged for the package. Thank you for a nice experience , im definitely going to come back to this hotel

We ABSOLUTELY LOVED EVERYTHING about Park Lane and the hotel stay exceeded my expectations! Check in and Service — Upon walking into the hotel, we were greeted by LEO almost immediately. LEO then proceeded to assist us who our check in; he was professional, friendly, knowledgable and attentive. He took the time to explain to us the hotel facilities, nearby transportation, city attractions, etc. Leo also highly recommended the hotel restaurant, PLAYT. We took his advice and tried their famous buffet dinner. It turned out to be a phenomenal dining / buffet extravagant. It was hands down one of the best meal we’ve had in HK. By the way, LEO also helped us secure a reservation at the restaurant… which made our dining experience seamless, as this restaurant gets packed nightly (we didn’t know we needed the reservation, but glad that Leo took good care of us). The Room and Housekeeping — The room was spacious and very clean, and the housekeeping staff was helpful but never over bearing. We would see them in the hallway and they always greeted us with a friendly hello. Very nice. Location - Extremely convenient location next to plenty of bus stops and next to the Causeway Bay MTR Station. Note that Causeway Bay is known to be a hustling and bustling area (similar to NYC’s Times Square), so this is not a quiet retreat. ;) Just setting expectations. With that, you also have plenty of restaurant and HK cafes in the area, shopping, browsing, people watching, coffee shops, and more great shopping. Oh, they also have a 24h supermarket close by for any sundry items. The Lounge — By far one of the best and now my favorite lounge in HK. Park Lane is now my go-to hotel in HK because of their AMAZING lounge (Sorry JW in Central!) and Front Desk staff (Leo). Okay, back to the Lounge and where should I start… the amazing view, the great service, the great food and vast selection. Upon walking into the lounge, you’ve walked into a nice restaurant with an amazing view. The friendly hostess will seat you by a window and you will be offered coffee, tea, wine, etc. Then off you go to get their really good food. Amazing! Check out and Departure - - Check out and departure was a breeze. Their bell staff were efficient and friendly, who assisted us with our luggage and hauling a ride to the airport. Overall, a GREAT experience at Park Lane and I highly recommend this hotel. A Special Shout Out to LEO, who elevated our entire experience and made a lasting image with us with his smile. Thank you and we can’t wait to be back!!
