Pullman Park Lane Hotel

Gorgeous hotel/views very confidently located for shopping, eating and transit. I recommend the executive rooms for the executive lounge access. The staff are really friendly and thoughtful. It’s very clean and there are lots of amenities. The roof top bar is gorgeous but a little expensive however the drinks are worth it!

Location is great and room is of decent size (for HK standard). Value for money for this location and peak travel season. A special shout out to Cherry at the front desk who made my mom’s birthday trip extra special - she loved the little treats that appear in our room every evening!

Great stay. Alice has been wonderful. Lounge had many options for food and amazing view.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at The Park Lane Hong Kong. The location is great, very central to Causeway Bay, and only a few steps to the MTR station. Florence, at the Front Desk, was kind enough to upgrade me to a harbour view. The doormen left a great impression as well. Will definitely hope to stay here again!

This was my first stay at the Park Lane hotel, and my second visit to Hong Kong in 2 years. I previously stayed at the JW Marriott (which was great) but based on the Marriott Bonvoy Facebook Group and TripAdvisor reviews a lot of people recommend the Park Lane over JW so I decided to give it a try. Check in felt like an uninspired experience. She was nice enough, but wasn’t particularly warm or welcoming. I got all the info I needed and on my way to my room. I first thing I noticed was that we received a welcome fruit basket as a Titanium member. That was nice. I felt the room might had at one time looked modern, but is a shadow of its former self. It was an average size, big enough for a family of four. We had a view of building behind us - so nothing to enjoy looking at. The beds are the firmest I’ve had in 20 years of travelling. I notified the front desk, and they arranged to add mattress toppers, so the beds were still firmer than I prefer. I also found that the glass dining room table in the room really felt like a mismatch due to its size and shape. My other complaint is the light switches - there are so many of them and are unlabelled. For a family, it was hard to figure out which combination of switches to use the bathroom without waking everyone up. On the other hand, the Executive Lounge is quite special. They confirm your access and then seat you like at a restaurant. The breakfast buffet focuses on local HK cuisine, and the a la carte breakfast has a mix of North American and HK favourites. Evening appetizers/desserts is also good quality. Best service I’ve ever had in a lounge. One server overheard our complaint about the firm beds, so she arranged to send us a complimentary mini cake that evening. They are all about the details like provide dining place mats and some of the most pristine utensils I’ve ever seen. The hotel is located jn Causeway Bay so plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. It’s across the street from Victoria Park, and short walk to the MTR. Gym was average. Plenty of machines, but limited number of free weights or places to stretch. There’s a lot of reasons to like this hotel. For Bonvoy Platinum+ members, the lounge food and service is incredible. On the other hand, I found the room too uncomfortable, so I’m not sure I would return.
