Pullman Park Lane Hotel

I recently had the privilege of staying at The Park Lane Hotel for five (5) nights and wish to compliment the entire staff for their exemplary work ethic. From the time I stepped out of my Uber in front of the hotel until the time I departed, it seemed every employee greeted me with a smile, as if we were long time friends, but there were two individuals who really stood out. Eleanor Guo When checking into the hotel, Ms. Guo greeted me with her infectious smile, wonderful attitude, and outstanding professionalism. After assigning me to a room, she offered to set up the WIFI on my phone and tablet and within a few short minutes, both my phone and tablet were ready for Internet use. This undoubtedly saved my sanity after the 16-hour flight from the United States. Her cheerfulness and willingness to go the extra mile was very much appreciated. When it was time to check out, Ms. Guo once again assisted me and just made the entire process so pleasant. In fact, she made my entire stay at The Park Land Hotel an incredibly pleasant experience. Roy Unfortunately, I did not get Roy’s last name, but the young man saw me as I walked toward the lobby to check out. He walked up to me with a smile and directed me to Ms. Guo. While I was going through the process with Ms. Guo, Roy took my suitcase away from the counter and stood with it out of everyone’s way. Roy then stood with me as I waited for my Uber. We had a very nice conversation, and he asked if I enjoyed my stay. He didn’t need to keep me company, but he remained with me until my Uber driver arrived. It was as if I was visiting with a friend. The staff I encountered were obviously well trained but also appeared to genuienly enjoy their work. In fact, there was a 3rd employee whose name I failed to get. He was one of the gentlemen who greeted the guests as they arrived in front of the lobby. This gentleman wore a small derby style hat and always greeted me with the title, "Boss." Again, always smiling and cheerful. Every staff member was laser focused on the guest(s) they were dealing with. As for me, I don’t think I’ve ever been to a hotel where the employees performed at such a high level of professionalism combined with the friendliness and enthusiasm of a long time friend. Thank you, Eleanor, Roy, and the unknown greeter!.

Gorgeous hotel/views very confidently located for shopping, eating and transit. I recommend the executive rooms for the executive lounge access. The staff are really friendly and thoughtful. It’s very clean and there are lots of amenities. The roof top bar is gorgeous but a little expensive however the drinks are worth it!

Location is great and room is of decent size (for HK standard). Value for money for this location and peak travel season. A special shout out to Cherry at the front desk who made my mom’s birthday trip extra special - she loved the little treats that appear in our room every evening!

Great stay. Alice has been wonderful. Lounge had many options for food and amazing view.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at The Park Lane Hong Kong. The location is great, very central to Causeway Bay, and only a few steps to the MTR station. Florence, at the Front Desk, was kind enough to upgrade me to a harbour view. The doormen left a great impression as well. Will definitely hope to stay here again!
