Regent Hong Kong

My recent stay at Regent Hong Kong was perfect, especially thanks to Karen from Regent Club. She guided me through check-in, recommended great local Hong Kong eateries, and even shared Macau food tips—super helpful!​ The Premier Victoria Harbour View Suite was spacious with a full-length window offering stunning harbour views. The Regent Chinese Restaurant impressed with tasty, fresh dishes and attentive service. The welcome amenities (cake, card, champagne) added a nice touch.​ Will definitely choose Regent Hong Kong again next time I’m in Hong Kong!

During the past year, I have stayed around 80 nights at various hotels within the IHG Group, and without question, Regent Hong Kong stands out as an unparalleled experience. The Club Lounge was the highlight of my stay. From the exceptional breakfast to the delightful afternoon tea and the elegant evening cocktails, the food and drinks were so impressive that I ended up canceling several of my planned restaurant visits in the city. I had confirmed in advance, but was still pleasantly surprised to find that some alcoholic beverages and soft drinks in the guestroom were complimentary. These were not the kind of simple, standard options one might expect, but carefully selected drinks that showed true attention to detail. As this was a longer stay, I also made full use of the complimentary laundry service (up to three pieces), which added greatly to the comfort and convenience of my time at the hotel. The overall hospitality, service, and professionalism of the staff were of the very highest standard—so excellent that they hardly need to be mentioned. Regent Hong Kong has impressed me so deeply that I am already planning my next journey with the specific purpose of staying at this hotel again.

Fantastic hotel, we stayed as rest stop for 2 nights on the way to Australia- great location and stunning views from all over the hotel. Our harbour side room with windows overlooking the harbour was fabulous, but equally stunning views for drinks in the lounge bar. We even had a birthday cake delivered complimentary. All staff and service was outstanding.

The Hotel is beautifully situated with great rooms but the highlight was the service we received. The staff at the Regent Club where we went every day were incredibly helpful and hospitable. Given the length of our stay (9 nights I think) we got to know a lot of the staff and would like to mention Amy, Himmy, Cygan, Pranita, Rorent, and of course Sachin Gurung. The concierge desk deserves special mention as well as we relied on them for all sorts of reservations and tips. I unfortunately misplaced the cards of the Head Concierge and the staff member at the airport but they made our departure perfect after a very enjoyable stay. Of course I would return. it is one of my favorite hotels in the world.

We held an event at Regent HK and stayed for a night with our family. The hotel has demonstrated the high quality of service, facilities and food & beverage. While the location is a big plus of the hotel, with an amazing view towards Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island, the great service is the highlight of our stay. Victor and Ernest have extended the great hospitality during our arrival and departure process. They genuinely cared if my family and I had an enjoyable stay. As we held an event in the hotel, there were a lot of luggage needs to store in different rooms, with some need to send to banquet team. Kenneth from concierge looked after all the logistics to ensure the parcels and luggage are all in good order. Special thanks to Kenneth and his concierge team. Our event went very well with lots of great feedback from our guests - credits to the events and banquet team especially Sharon, Navid, Nathan, Elaine, the culinary team and all the front of house team. The harbourview suites we stayed were spacious, with an perfect view towards Hong Kong island, that is unlike any other hotels in town. We highly recommend you to hold events and / or stay at Regent Hong Kong.
