Perfect Hotel Location
Absolutely lovely hotel stay. The location was perfect and we so looked forward to return to the hotel in the evening for a front row seat of the nightly Symphony of Lights on Victoria Harbor.

This is an amazing experience.
This is an amazing experience. Whether it's the staff at the executive lounge or the lobby, everyone is incredibly enthusiastic. The meals are also delicious. The hotel arranged a harbor view room, and I could see Victoria Harbour right from the room. It was truly wonderful! Next time I visit Hong Kong, Regent Hong Kong will be my first choice!

Best service :)
Great service at both the hotel and the restaurants (Lai Ching Heen) Check in pr as smooth and seamless. We got the a harbor suite and the view was great. The exceptional service is what really makes them stand out. They went out of their way to provide pregnancy pillows and staff at Lai Ching Heen even helped my pregnant wife take a service lift so she would not need to take the stairs. Nightly turn down service, with complimentary face creams was a nice touch as well.

Amazing hospitality and customised service!
The experience was very enjoyable. We booked the hotel for our babymoon and were given some complimentary gifts and snacks as a welcome gift. The regent experience team also upgraded us to a suite which gave us very nice view of Victoria harbour. The dining options were delicious as well. There's also a whatsapp channel that allows us to reach out to the regent team for any queries and requests. In general, the hospitality at regent was amazing and we will definitely come back again!

The true personal haven on Victoria Harbour
It is my second time staying here. Briefly, great service and attentive staff. Wonderful club lounge. Very cozy room with stunning scenic view. Check in: Fast and seamless. I have IHG annual lounge reward. Front staff escorts me to Regent club and check in at club lounge. Room: My room has been upgraded to Classic harbour view room. I can see stunning view of Victoria harbour and Hong Kong island from evening, night and morning. Staff: Staffs are very attentive. I would like to thank you Cygan, the regent experience supervisor, who taking care of me so well from check in to check out. I really love the gift that hotel brings for me. Food: Regent club provides high quality of breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. There is a famous Chinese restaurant, Lai Ching Heen. Unfortunately, the restaurant is fully booked on the day I visit so I have not try one. It is one of my favorite hotel. I will revisit again.
