Very impressive service from the beginning of our stay until departure!!! Their attention to detail and personalised service made our experience seamless and stress-free. The team proactively reached out to us before our arrival to confirm our preferences and ensuring every detail was tailored for us. Upon arrival, we were greeted immediately, which made us feel like royalty from the start. The level of recognition we received as a bridal party was exceptional!! Every staff member appeared to be invested in making our stay memorable. During our time here, the team was super attentive in anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Knowing that we would do our own decoration, they even prepared tools for us!!! Their thoughtfulness and quick response eased the stress of such a momentous occasion. Also, the suite is gorgeous making us don’t want to leave the hotel at all!!!Thank you all especially Phoebe and Victor for easing my stress with the warm welcome as well as attentive service throughout the stay. Highly recommended and we will visit again!

I went to this hotel for having a dinner buffet meal to celebrate my birthday with my family in September 2025. It was an amazing experience. The food was scrumptious, especially the braised beef cheeks in red wine. Tender beef meat together with the sweet carrots and savoury sauce, such a perfect combo. The service was excellent too. The two waiters Dennis and Samantha were so observant and patient that they served me with a cake surprise and suggested us to take photo with an iconic night view.

We stayed 2 nights at this newly remodeled property and booked into a wonderful wrap-around 180 degree Corner Harbor view suite. The view was spectacular and the space quite refined although they could do a better job with doors and separation from the living to the bedroom area. The toilet and shower in the bathroom seemed small and ordinary compared to the lovely circular tub framed by a circular view window. And while they had lovely amenities, it seemed chintzy to stick the body lotion to a wooden tray so that it wouldn't be easy to take away... Although the property was renovated, the low ceilings remained which did somewhat detract from the interior design. The room door designs also seemed somewhat incongruent but these were minor quibbles once one saw the drop-dead view. That's what we came for and we were not disappointed. However, the facilities are minimal with a disappointingly ordinary pool and an overrun smallish hot tub with lukewarm water. The locker room and facilities were small, almost like an after thought. Ladies get a steam room while the men get a sauna. Not sure why. Suites at the Regent come with Regent Club access on the 2nd floor of the hotel. The lounge has a nice view and a good food spread along with varied drinks too. Only wish their happy hour was longer. The service was very attentive and the environment calm and relaxing.

Absolutely lovely hotel stay. The location was perfect and we so looked forward to return to the hotel in the evening for a front row seat of the nightly Symphony of Lights on Victoria Harbor.
