This is our second stay at this hotel because we had such a great experience the first time that we decided to come back for our family trip. I especially loved the evening aroma stone service—it was such a nice touch and helped me relax after a long day. A special thanks to Victor for all his help on the day we checked out. He understood exactly what we needed and always found a solution whenever we needed assistance. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable!

Regent Hong Kong truly made this the best trip I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, every experience exceeded my expectations. I was incredibly grateful to receive a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful Harbour View room. Waking up to the stunning Victoria Harbour every morning was unforgettable and made my stay even more special. I would especially like to express my sincere thanks to Scarlett Fan, who assisted me during check-in. She warmly welcomed me, personally escorted me to my room, and explained everything with genuine kindness and professionalism. Her exceptional hospitality made me feel valued as a guest from the very beginning, and she truly set the tone for an amazing stay. The room itself was absolutely perfect. Every detail—from the incredibly comfortable bed to the elegant interior design and thoughtful amenities—showed the level of care and sophistication that Regent is known for. It was one of the most beautifully designed hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The swimming pool was another highlight. The staff were always present, attentive, and proactive in ensuring guests could relax and enjoy the facilities safely. Throughout the hotel, everything was impeccably maintained, spotless, and managed to perfection. You could tell that every member of the team genuinely cared about providing an exceptional guest experience. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, but Regent Hong Kong stands out as one of the very best. It wasn’t just the beautiful property or breathtaking views—it was the warmth, attention to detail, and outstanding service from every staff member that made this stay truly unforgettable. I had a wonderful time staying here for two nights, and I was impressed by every moment from the staff opening the taxi door upon my arrival to the smooth departure for Hong Kong Airport. The atmosphere of the property is truly luxurious, and the facilities were exceptional, rather than any other hotels I have stayed. The entire process was seamless. Upon arrival, the concierge kindly escorted me to the Regent Club, where the lounge team checked me in with outstanding service. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the Club team Amy, Himmy, Cygan, Pranita, Desmond, Karen, Edward, Sachin, Carol, Grace, Jennifer, Yujin, and Jovita. I had an amazing time being assisted by Fiona and Sandy — they made our experience at Hong Kong and at the Regent one to remember for the rest of our lives. We came to Hong Kong to celebrate our engagement and we were greeted by top-notch care, assistance, and guidance. Aside from service I had an amazing time at the establishment, which overseas the Victoria Harbour, and at Lai Ching Hee, their two star Michelin restaurant. The hotel was conveniently located at TST with the station just a minute walking distance. Would happily stay here again and grateful for the wonderful experience here.
