Amazing lunch experience at tosca di Angelo with amazing service from the whole team with personalized service from the wine pairing from Potter and the food explanations from Sam, Arjun, Raymond, Sara, Wilhelm, and Jeremie. On top of that the food itself was exquisite.

Impeccable Michelin Experience from Chef Angelo's specially arranged signature pasta Busiate with Carabineros, so umami, delicious and flavours are well-balanced. The truffle risotto was an indulgence. Thank you for sommelier, Potter, who truly fulfilled unspoken wants of me who cannot consume alcohol, thoughtfully replaced with a great sugar-free mocktail for me. I'd also like to highlight the trainee Shin for her explanation for dishes, Sam and Sara who gave us good food recommendation, and Milena who is always warm to us. The view was stunning, and the olive oil sorbet is such a great dessert for a refreshing summer ending. Enjoyable afternoon!

We spend most of our time on the road ( and in the air) Without a doubt Ritz Carlton Hong Kong is our absolute favorite hotel anywhere!!! Cudos in particular to the Club Lounge team lead by Charles and his team of super friendly & thoughtful ladies and gentleman. Special shout out to Alister who went above and beyond to surprise us on our departure day with a wonderful memory. Also commendation to Ms. Mara in Guest Relations who has made our last two visits to the Ritz Carlton HKG unforgettable. Her professionalism and kindness does not go unnoticed. Thank you all so much. We will return again soon.
